where were you for hurricane

i have friends in Schertz ( not far from San Antonio) and can't reach them :/

It hasnt really hit us yet, but it is going to in a few hours and then it is going to stop and sit on us for a few days which is what makes it bad. we flood with 3 inches of rain in an hour and we are supposed to get between 12 and 20 here with 75mph winds. I live in the same area.
