Hi everyone I'm belters. I'm from the belt. Because my kind have been exploited by the earther, I didn't had enough money to be able to invest into a good desktop until now and I never played star citizen before. This day is approaching and I can't wait!🤩 for years I had to watch YouTube videos of other people playing the game. I'm following the developpement since the very very start. Yes I was a child when it started and I'm now a happy grandad! I have been raised by my dad playing wing commander (all of them), strike commander and privateer (the old star citizen without internet).

Hi, If this is the wrong place to ask this question, my apologies. Just point me in the right direction if you would please... I have a SC Account that I'd like to sell. Although I've read through the information provided in the marketplace forum, I'm still seeking advice before I post WTS. My account is about 4yrs old, with a few additional ships. My original package was the Andromeda; it has since been upgraded to a Caterpillar Package. I've added ships along the way including the Hammerhead, Carrack, 600i, Sabre, Terrapin, Aquila, 315p, and Prospector. So my questions is would I have better luck selling the account in the Marketplace here as-is, or melting all the ships so that there is a large account credit?

Who we are We are a privately owned geological survey organisation, that proudly delivers commercially viable mineral deposits for the galaxy’s mining industry. Xenosystems Exploration & Survey performs the prerequisite checks which enable the discovery and extraction of popular commodity constituents, from intra-planetary and extra-planetary sources, and facilitates the sale of its mineral property assets to its corporate partners. The co-founders of the business made their fortunes by investing in a little-known mining venture formed prior to the advent of RSI’s Orion mining platform, and based on the knowledge of its anticipated arrival, by developing a lead into what was, then, a very stagnant and exclusive industry. No one was prepared for the explosion of entrepreneurial activity hat originated with the commercial release of the Orion, nor did they foresee the profound effect it would have on the economy. Suffice to say, our founders’ initial investment performed rather well. With the dividends of their success and their burgeoning knowledge of the mining sector, our founders incorporated Xenosystems Exploration & Survey as a cutting-edge prospecting organisation, to discover and acquire new mineral deposits for resale. Xenosystems is now rolling out an aggressive growth strategy, with a view to becoming the premier prospecting establishment across all sovereign territories. For more information on career opportunities, please click here. What we offer Xenosystems is an industrial organisation first and foremost. Our intention is to create a robust and profitable company within the ‘Verse, within which our members can have a great time and thrive. While the mechanics of payments and contracts are still in development, we can provide a rough guide of the types of gameplay we’ll be offering for new and existing members. Solo or Coop The beauty of Xenosystems is that our core activities can carried out by lone wolves and team players, alike. If you want to prospect, mine or claim by yourself this is entirely possible and welcomed. We know that some nights you’ll just want to tune out, listen to a playlist and bash some rocks. We’ll be around later for when you want the camaraderie of others. What we aim to offer to the solo player, is a number of benefits such as those outlined below: Use of org ships. Typically these will include Terrapins and Prospectors. Profit share Support & Rescue No micro-management. Ever. For those interested in teamplay, we envisage our standard industrial teams to run from 2 players upwards in an almost infinitely scalable fashion. We will likely recommend that operations take place within a two system radius of our mobile base of operations, so as not to stretch our support abilities too far, but we’re more than open to allowing teams and individuals explore opportunities further afield. The idea is that we can have any combination or quantity of teams working together in concentrated or distributed areas to achieve our strategic objectives. We specialize You might be wondering why you don’t see any security allocations in our team examples. This is because we plan to outsource most of our security requirements to a growing list of trusted commercial partners. This way we can focus our development and training on our core competencies, helping us to become the best mineral extraction and property asset management firm in the ‘Verse. However, for those of you interested in taking a proactive stance on safety and security, we will be establishing regular joint training sessions with our partners. This will allow them to become familiar with our operational requirements and limitations, and permit our members to learn combat techniques and awareness from the experts. It shouldn’t go without saying that we won’t require every minute of your life to be dedicated to the organisation. It’s a game at the end of the day and we don’t want anyone to feel limited by our areas of specialism. Careers Recently incorporated and in the nascent stages of growing its ranks, Xenosystems Exploration & Survey aims to become the leading supplier of geological survey and mineral property asset management in the ‘verse. To achieve this, we intend to develop a robust and driven workforce, built upon expertise and initiative. We are currently recruiting a variety of positions, from support staff right the way through to senior management. If you feel you have the required skill set and passion to contribute to the organisation, get in touch. For management roles, please use this contact form. For standard applications please use the link to our RSI org site. You can also contact us directly via Discord. Hello Once More @Imperium Members! This month we’ll be continuing the format from last time! In case you missed it, here is the explanation of the changes and some new information related to how Game Days will operate in the near future: We wanted to improve the experience of Game Day overall and felt that with Star Citizen in its current state just doesn’t warrant the amount of effort that we had once been able to put into it. IE. Custom Scenarios, Hype Trailers, Streaming, Competitions. Eventually that will change again and we can get back to the game that we are so anxiously awaiting. Until that time we would like to keep Game Day’s focus as a team building event that gives us a regular time each month that we can set aside to play games as an org. You’ll notice at the top of this post there is a poll with several games as options. If you plan on taking part in this Game Day, please vote for your favorite choice from this list, and those that play in the chosen game will be added into a raffle! The poll will close on this next Friday, the 25th of May. You’ll still be free to join in with anyone else that would be playing Star Citizen, so don’t worry if you don’t have any of the games in the list. In fact you will probably find lots of us getting into the new mining mechanics by next weekend. It would be a thrill to see some of the trade and industry folks show up and mine some space rocks for the first time. If you would like to suggest game to play together as an org on future Game Day’s please leave us suggestions in this thread and we will add them to the poll for the next event. We’ll also be shortening the duration of Game Day for this month. Instead of 1600 UTC through 0400 UTC, we’ll be starting at 1800 UTC and run to 0400 UTC. Joining Game Day For those of you that want to make a return visit, or show up for the first time, you only need to enter the Landing Channel on Teamspeak (ts.starcitizenbase.com), and one of our Hosts will direct you to the action! Raffles As for most other Game Day’s, we will be providing raffles for participants that play games in Star Citizen. However, this month we will be only conducting a participation raffle, so if you join any Star Citizen games created by other Imperium members, you’ll be entered into the raffle! As mentioned above, we will also be conducting a participation raffle for the winning game from the poll. Said game will have several TS channels created for players to meet up and play together, and doing so will enter you into this second raffle as well! Since we are hosting two games at once, be sure to check in with an officer or specialist that your name was added to the raffle of the game you played in! (As much as we may pretend otherwise, our Game Day hosts are still human, and you wouldn’t want to miss out on your chance to win free stuff) The prizes for both raffles will be $10 Star Citizen gift cards, and the winners of the raffles will be PM’d in the following week to confirm their prizes. New to Star Citizen? Read this post for information on the game and our Game Days:

I am certain many of you have noticed the recent shitstorm that hit EA Star Wars Battlefront 2 the last few days. Amusing things I noticed : A people find it ridiculous that they have to play for 40 hours to unlock Darth Vader or Luke (they call it P2W because you need to buy loot crates to speed up the proces) ... B People find it P2W since those loot crates also contain Star cards which give your heros extra advantages (so the more loot crates you buy the better your heros will be) Mind you: EVERYTHING CAN BE UNLOCKED IN GAME without buying any Crystals and loot crates just like in SC but it will take much longer. I think we can draw an analogy between Battlefront and SC: - People in SC will need to play at least 40 hours in order to unlock a Mid Tier ship (and hundreds if not thousands of hours for the most expensive ships). We all paid for these ships and without any doubt they are much better than the Aurora/etc. that comes with a standard game package. - People that buy military grade guns/missiles/components with real money in game once the game goes live (and even now) undoubtedly have an advantage over players that need to progress through the different tiers by trading and looting. At the very least for the first few months you will see massive differences between players that start with only a starter ship and a flight jacket and work their way up and the players that spend hundreds/thousands of $ on the game and are flying glaives, hornets, a polaris etc. while doing FPS combat in their heavy Marine armour. If the same people that play Battlefront 2 want to come and play SC then I assume Chris will get to deal with the same shitstorm by the time the game gets close to release. Will he deal with it in the same way? EA lowered the 40 hours to unlock DV to about 10 hours, what are the chances that Chris will reduce the time needed to "grind" for a Connie to 8 hours. What if the reddit morons throw another fit and demand that everyone should be able to own their own destroyer after 40 hours of gameplay? I am kinda afraid that the marketing "geniuses" at CIG will cave in to the pressure too and reduce the time needed to get the best weapons and ships just to appease the reviewers and vocal reddit users. What do you think?

Finally finished. Everything plugged in and set up. Fan speeds were finely tuned and I'm happy with the results. Got the whole RGB thing going, so I can fit in with the cool kids 😁. Yes, that is a G600 MMO Mouse from my Star Wars the Old Republic early days, found it at the bottom of old hardware boxes in the garage (works like a charm still after all these years). Just in time for 3.0. Also, does anyone know how I can get back to Imperium team speak? Is there a link within the forums? Here's some pics and specs: -I5-7600k unlocked ( would have wished to overclock - but too scared to take the plunge ) -Asus Strix B250h mobo ( besides, i don't think this supports OCing ) -Kingston 2133 8gb Ram (nothing fancy) -Intel m.2 ssd 128gb -Western Digital 2tb blue 7200rpm (i think) -H55 AiO ( yes i know, but this is great for a novice like me for the first time) -Cooler Master CX 550m bronze 80+ semi modular -2x cooler master jet flo 120mm fans (options of quiet/max performance 3pin adapters) -Cooler masterbox lite 5 case with 1x 120mm pre-installed fan. -Monitor is a asus 23.6" led 5ms 1920x1080 -Keyboard is from the cooler master masterkey s lite until i get my hands on a red mech kb -Any questions feel free to ask! 😁 Ps. Im looking forward to my next build!
