LazyGhost652
When in the universe menu I see 'Aeroview hangar' and 'Self-land hangar' and nothing under the space ports section. I bought the aurora mr starter package. I also cannot make my account eligible for the PTU as that option in settings is greyed out.
macgivre
You did not have the "stanton system" button ? What do you have in your "my hangar" section of your account on the RSI website ?
Danakar Endeel
Strange, if you have a game package you should have access to the Universe. If you check here, does it say Great, you have a Game Package to launch with!? https://robertsspaceindustries.com/download

It's supposed to look like this now. EDIT: My bad! Didn't realize it went to that image after clicking on "UNIVERSE"

If you bought it years ago and installed Star Citizen around that time it's possible you're still using the old launcher. In that case I would suggest uninstalling that one and downloading it again. I just loaded up the game to see if maybe the server was down or something but I was able to load in just fine. At least the one I'm going to (Europe). No clue why you don't see Stanton as an option. It sounds like the game thinks your account does not have a Star Citizen Game Package or something.

LowZone
I've had that missing space port bug a few times in the past usually when updating to a new game version. Try verifying files and making sure you're running the correct version of the game (currently 3.8.0-LIVE 3917223) and launcher (v.1.3.0), if all else fails, try reinstalling it on your fastest HD. macgivre
