When in the universe menu I see 'Aeroview hangar' and 'Self-land hangar' and nothing under the space ports section. I bought the aurora mr starter package. I also cannot make my account eligible for the PTU as that option in settings is greyed out.

Did you buy that package years ago or recently?

If you bought it years ago and installed Star Citizen around that time it's possible you're still using the old launcher. In that case I would suggest uninstalling that one and downloading it again. :)

I bought it yesterday and have never played before.

If you load up the game do you see this or something else? The image below is what you're supposed to see as far as I know. At least that's what I see when I load up the game.

I see that and then when I press on the universe button it shows the normal thing except there isn't anything under space ports.

Strange, if you have a game package you should have access to the Universe.

If you check here, does it say Great, you have a Game Package to launch with!?

That's very strange then. I just loaded up the game to see if maybe the server was down or something but I was able to load in just fine. At least the one I'm going to (Europe).

No clue why you don't see Stanton as an option. It sounds like the game thinks your account does not have a Star Citizen Game Package or something. :(

Do you have access to the free flight mode ?

If so you can try a workaround for another bug (it may contribute to help ...)

load Multiplayer Free Flight mode in Arena Commander with the freelancer
Lie in bed in the Freelancer
Select "Power Off" from the bed
Select "Log Out" from the bed
Exit AC and return to main menu
Try the PU again

I've had that missing space port bug a few times in the past usually when updating to a new game version. Try verifying files and making sure you're running the correct version of the game (currently 3.8.0-LIVE 3917223) and launcher (v.1.3.0), if all else fails, try reinstalling it on your fastest HD.
