Do not be confused with Star Citizen Base (the website) and The Base (the online radio station) which is supported by SCB :)

This is the first I hear of this Tales of Citizens and will have to listen to this!

In the context I was referring to the fact that when the most powerful countries on Earth went to war in 1914, the vast majority of the forces used horses to pull their artillery pieces.  Sure we had the locomotive, but trains could only go where the tracks were.
