      Who are we?
       Originally created at the release of Planetside back in 2003, BRTD is one of the most successful and active communities throughout the games history. Our focus is to create a fun, casual, and rewarding environment for all our members while ensuring we have the ability to knuckle down and get serious when necessary. These ideals have given way for our mantra; "Have fun and get shit done". We are now expanding our community into the Star Citizen universe looking for like minded players to join us.
      Structure - Two Organisations, Working Together
       Due to the diversity of careers Star Citizen will provide, we have opted to create two separate organisations. These orgs will focus on different aspects of the game while also being able to support each other. We want to give our members the option to be fluid with how they play, these two orgs will allow us to cover a large majority of available careers in an organised fashion. Jumping between the two at any time is permitted.

      Private Military Company - Planetary & Space Based Military Operations Anti-Piracy/Vanduul Militia Trade & Logistics Industry  BRTD will be our main branch carrying on our militaristic history from Planetside. Primarily acting as both a Private Military Company and anti-Vanduul/anti-piracy Militia during non-contracted periods. It will also have secondary ties to conducting trade and establishing logistical and industrial networks.All fighter pilots, tank commanders, riflemen, drop ship gunners, cargo loaders, asteroid miners, and long-distance space truckers are welcome to join BRTD!

      Our Starliner pricing system currently works on a low flat rate incremental ladder that we have dubbed, P.I.G.S: Penetrating Incremental Geographical System. This means that we try to give our customers the lowest fee possible, the most customization as possible, and the most reliable pricing based on their location as possible. COMPANY CHARTER

      SECTION I: Mission Statement
      SECT I: ADDENDUM I: To provide a place of training, and structure for aspiring Pilots and Merchants. To provide transportation services to the people of the galaxy. To provide quality merchandise and goods to the people of the galaxy at reasonable prices.
      SECTION II: Founding
      SECT II : ADDENDUM I: The entity known Minuteman Starlines was founded by the now current CEO Alymere, it is a fully registered and recognized Starliner and Trade corporation within Unite Empire of Earth (UEE) space.
      SECTION III: Rules & Procedures
      SECT III : ADDENDUM I: No member within proper standing within the company shall commit any act to be viewed as heinous or treasonous to UEE Minuteman Starlines. No member within or without proper standing within the company shall harass, insult, or otherwise provoke another member with intent of grievous offense. No member within proper standing within the company shall steal from living or dead.
      SECT III : ADDENDUM II: Every Employee no matter of position [Board Member or otherwise] has an equal ability to defense of action, defense against accusation, and ability to voice reason or opinion. Should an Employee commit an act that goes against Minuteman Starlines policy, they will be given an opportunity that best suits their availability to defend themselves of which they shall of their choosing when doing so address either or both: CEO or Board of Directors, to their defense.
      SECT III : ADDENDUM III: Should an Employee be accused of an action where they’re adamant in their own innocence, the Employee’s history shall be taken into account that is in pertinence to the action that is being accused. Just as before the Accused of their own choosing shall choose a time that best fits their availability to state themselves innocent to whomever they desire or both: CEO or Board of Directors. Should this be the first or second accusation this step is unnecessary and a simple talk should suffice, if it happens to be the third accusation then is this step necessitated.
      SECT III : ADDENDUM IV Every Employee has the right to their own opinion and voice whether that opinion, voice, or belief lies in religion, politics, or personal creed. As long as such voice is not derogatory in direct nature of words created solely for offense, and at the time of use was utilized for the offense of another. Any utilization that falls outside of the intent of offense is authorized if the discussion is of relevance to the language in use, and no member will be punished for discussing their beliefs if the other party is of a willing nature or instigated the discussion. [This addendum is in direct of inspiration of the United States of America’s First Amendment]
      SECT III : ADDENDUM V: While the “Employee’s Council” shall hold no authority over the deliberation of company activities, nor over it’s people or ventures. The council shall nonetheless exist as a body, this body shall consist of “Section Chiefs” from the different divisions of the company. They shall deliberate at their own convenience wherever and whenever they desire, so long as such scheduling does not conflict with the day-to-day operations of the company. They shall discuss anything of import or circumstance that is applicable to their divisions, so that they may bring such worries, quarrels, and ideas to the “Board of Directors”. To facilitate such communication they will elect a “Head Councilman” once every 31 calender days or until such time before the allotted hour the elected resigns, or by vote of the council is removed, such member will sit on the board as a council representative.
      SECTION IV: Promotions
      SECT IV: ADDENDUM I: (Standard Titles) To achieve the rank of Associate one must join the company, to achieve the rank of Employee one must show activity in the company, to achieve the rank of Pilot in Training one must choose a classification, to achieve the rank of Pilot/Trader one must show activity within the company and pass their piloting test. To achieve the rank of Section Chief one must show competence and leadership qualities in their classification. Below are the Activity requirements, (must be considered active during, do not need to show up every day):
      1. Employee: 7 Calendar Days
      2. Pilot: 21 Calendar Days
      SECT IV: ADDENDUM II: (Officer Titles) To achieve the rank of Board Member one must show competence at their classification, leadership qualities, and the willingness to take on a bigger role in the company. The positions/titles are as follows: Director of Operations, Director of Resources, and Director of Personnel. The responsibilities of the Titles are as follows:
      1. Director of Operations: Regulates training of Starliner Pilots, Stewards/Stewardesses, and Security Personnel
      2. Director of Resources: Marketing, Sales, and Accounting.
      3. Director of Personnel: Recruitment, Contract Assignments, and Human Resources
      SECT IV: ADDENDUM III: No member whether past, present, nor future may bypass the title of Pilot in Training upon admittance. A person may be granted the title of Pilot in Training upon admittance but such action may only be approved by the CEO or two board members. (Security Classification falls under this promotional branch)
      SECT IV: ADDENDUM IV: No member whether past, present, nor future may bypass the title of Trader in Training upon admittance. A person may be granted the title of Trader in Training upon admittance but such action may only be approved by the CEO or two board members.
      SECT IV: ADDENDUM V: Every employee has to choose from three different classifications in the company, these classifications are as follows: (1) Starliner, (2) Cargo, (3) and Security. Each classification has corresponding positions, these positions are the hierarchy within the respective classification, they are as follows: (1) Pilot, Co-Pilot, & Steward/Stewardess (2) Ship Captain, 1st Mate, & Shipmate (3) See SECT V: ADDENDUM I
      SECTION V: Security Division Regulation
      SECT V: ADDENDUM I: The Security Division shall be organized in 9 ranks, no more, no less, these ranks are not a hierarchy within the starline itself but solely within this division. The only exception to this rule is the “Director of Operations” who is a member of the board and in direct responsibility of the security division and the training of its members, and Minuteman Starlines employees. The Security Ranks are as follows, from highest to least:
      SEC-09: Director of Operations
      SEC-08: Head of Security (Must be a Section Chief of Minuteman Starlines)
      SEC-07: Captain (Nominated by SEC-02 through SEC-06, chosen by SEC-08 and SEC-09,
      nominee must be a SEC-05 through SEC-06)
      SEC-06: Lieutenant (Picked by Captain)
      SEC-05: Squad Leader (Picked by Lieutenant)
      SEC-04: First Sentry (Picked by Squad Leader)
      SEC-03: Second Sentry (Picked by Squad Leader)
      SEC-02: Sentry
      SEC-01: Trainee
      SECT V: ADDENDUM II:(INFANTRY) The following shall be unit organization, and chain-of-command, no deviations are authorized in exception that there is not enough members to constitute a new formation. In such happenings, such excess sentries or trainees shall be placed on a squad that can utilize them best until such a time the pre-requisite number is attained for a new formation. The SEC-08 shall hold authority of SEC-01 through SEC-07, however they shall answer to SEC-09 directly for any matter that requires or is required for deliberation. SEC-07 shall have three SEC-06s under their command, as well as command over SEC-01 through SEC-06 that falls under their Company. SEC-06 shall have three SEC-05s under their command, as well as command over SEC-01 through SEC-05 that falls under their Platoon. SEC-05 shall be in command of one squad, each squad shall obey the hierarchy set by rank or by current mission circumstance or expertise set by the SEC-05.
      Battalion: A Battalion shall consist of 4 Companies and be led by a “Company Captain”, the leader of the battalion shall also be allotted a special squad of Infantry for his own protection. (313 Total personnel)
      Company: A Company shall consist of one SEC-07, three SEC-06, and three SEC-05s under each SEC-06, which is equivalent to nine squads, three OICs (SEC-06) over them, and one commander (SEC-07). (76 Total Personnel)
      Platoon: A platoon shall consist of 25 members 1 SEC-06 and the 3 Squads under them. (25 Total Personnel)
      Squad: A Squad shall consist of eight members, each squad shall have one SEC-05, one SEC-04, one SEC-03, and five SEC-02s it is highly suggested that each squad brings at minimum one medic and at maximum two medics.
      SECT V: ADDENDUM III: (AVIATION) The following shall be unit organization, and chain-of-command, no deviations are authorized in exception that there is not enough members to constitute a new Squadron. SEC-05 shall be in command of one Sortie, each Sortie shall obey the hierarchy set by rank or by current mission circumstance or expertise set by the SEC-05.
      Wing: A Wing shall consist of 4 Groups and be led by a “Wing Captain”, the leader of the Wing shall also be allotted a special Flight for his own protection. (619 Total personnel)
      Group: A Group shall Consist of 4 Squadrons and be lead by a “Group Captain” (153 Total Personnel)
      Squadron: A Squadron shall consist of one SEC-07, three SEC-06, and two SEC-05s under each SEC-06, which is the equivalent to six Sorties, three OICs (SEC-06) over them, and one commander (SEC-07). (38 Total Personnel)
      Flight: A Flight shall consist of 1 SEC-06 and the 2 Sorties under them. (13 Total Personnel)
      Sortie: A Sortie shall consist of six members, each six shall have one SEC-05, one SEC-04, and four SEC-02s, ship set-up will vary by mission
      SECTION VI: Minuteman Deliveries Regulation
      SECT VI: ADDENDUM I: Minuteman Deliveries shall be organized in 3 positions, no more, no less, these positions are not a hierarchy within the starline itself but solely within this division.
      SECT VI: ADDENDUM II: The head of the vessel is the “Captain”, as such should any need arise which exceeds the parameters of the initial job, it will be on them to make any decision. They shall also be the deciding factor in who their “Firstmate” is aboard their craft, and be the sole authority aboard the craft. Should the craft experience critical failures that would undermine its ability to land safely or stay structurally sound, the “Captain” shall be the last onboard and ensure no outside casualties are sustained before they disembark.
      *SECT VI: ADDENDUM III:*The “Firstmate” shall be appointed by the “Captain”. It is their duty to ensure everything runs smoothly aboard the vessel, and to ensure there are no stowaways or anything extra aboard. Should there be a stowaway on board he or she shall be locked in a brig, if there is no brig they shall be locked in the crew quarters. Upon arrival to a planet or station, they shall be released to authorities if any shall have them, should the stowaway turn hostile entransit, lethal force is authorized.

      DEL-02: Firstmate
      DEL-01: Shipmate
      SECT VI: ADDENDUM IV: The “Captain” shall bring as many “Shipmates” as needed, they shall perform any task they are assigned aboard the vessel or find in need of doing.
      SECTION VII: Minuteman Starlines Regulation
      SECT VII: ADDENDUM I: Minuteman Starlines shall be organized in 3 positions, no more, no less, these positions are not a hierarchy within the company itself but solely within this division.
      SECT VII: ADDENDUM II: The head of the vessel is the “Pilot”, as such should any need arise which exceeds the parameters of the initial job, it will be on them to make any decision. Should the craft experience critical failures that would undermine its ability to land safely or stay structurally sound, the “Captain” shall be the last onboard and ensure no outside casualties are sustained before they disembark.
      SECT VII: ADDENDUM III: The “Co-Pilot” shall assist the “Pilot” in piloting the vessel, should anything befall the “Pilot” that would prevent their continuation as such; the “Co-Pilot” shall take the helm and responsibility of the ship and crew.

      SECT VII: ADDENDUM IV: The “Pilot” shall bring as many “Stewards & Stewardesses” as needed to run and facilitate the vessel’s and customer’s needs, they shall perform any task they are assigned aboard the vessel or find in need of doing
      SECTION VIII: Hiring Process
      SECT VIII: ADDENDUM I: An applicant must possess a willingness to assist the company in its needs and to assist its other employees. Beyond this we ask the following:
      1. Possess a ship to test Pilot on, all members seeking to transport people must show they can do so safely. (One will be provided if the applicant doesn’t have a suitable ship) 2. Possess a Trade/Cargo ship to test pilot on if seeking employment as a Trader, not all cargo is easy to transport, and it must be done safely. (One will be provided if the applicant doesn’t have a suitable ship)
      SECT VIII: ADDENDUM II: Any person who wishes admittance may apply on the Organization page of the company, on the Spectrum Forum recruitment thread, or via private message to a recruitment representative.

      Good day all,
      I have been researching and trying to decide what exactly i wanted to use my C2 Hercules for. I am very interested in the capabilities that the ship provides and i want to be able to use it in the Logistics field. I was looking at either being hired to transport military vehicles, weapons and cargo.
      Depending on the prices of loads, escorts may be in involved with a % of the sales paid to the escorts or the escort company. 
      Any advice on this?
