What could it be? A ship we voted to specialise in Mining? Or a Gift for all backers maybe? Just wondering what other ideas you have or like to see? bod699 Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 They already announced on the RSI site a few stretchgoals back that the Banu ship will be for sale before the LTI is over so surely that isnt going to be *THE* surprise ship seeing as its not a surprise. Maybe the real surprise is going to be the Xian ship. I wouldnt think it would be the mustang as CR stated anyone who wants one later with LTI should just buy a Aurora package before the LTI ends and you will be able to upgrade to the mustang package. Only 2 more days until we know.. Maybe they will go out with a bang and offer all of the ships we have reached stratch goals for. And since we hit this goal before November 26th, the Banu merchantman will be one of the ships available during the sale (you heard it here first!) Just to be clear, as Bod699 said. bod699 Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 I cant decide if I am looking forward to tuesday or not.. I changed my shift at work so I will be home to watch the live stream.. In hindsight maybe this was a bad idea as if I wasnt around to watch it all maybe I wouldnt feel the need to buy whatever they offer us.. Im pretty sure that whatever happens on Tuesday I dont intend on getting anymore ships after the LTI ends (I still may get an avenger back before Tuesday, I cant decide). Although knowing RSI even without LTI they are going to find a way to temp people like me that are thinking this into investing more. Im $5 from concierge and will definitely hit it Tuesday as I know I will buy something (likely the Banu depending what new info about it). I dont recall what was said on the forum or on WH but the anniversary post stated the following about the 26th. New ships being unveiled dring the livestream and some will be sold for the 1st time ever on the 26th. By some I originally expected they meant the Xian and Banu. But I guess if they wanted to they could add the other new ships there that we have reached milestones for. Im sure I read surprise somewhere, but that could just be people reposting and stating surpise ships. Technically any ship sold that we dont know about (and there is definiutely at least 1 new ship being sold thjat we dont know about) would be a surprise. "We will also unveil the first details on the next assortment of ships, as we did at the first livestream! Like the original group, these ships will be offered for sale on special occasions… including some which will be purchasable for the first time on the 26th!"
