Chimaera
Running at Medium/60fps tends to be subjective to the area of the game you're in. Space areas with some debris should be less taxing than, say, flying around Crusader (one of the planets). Your main bottleneck issue will likely be your graphics card. There's a public telemetry dashboard that will give you very GENERAL figures of what you might expect for performance based off of what CIG's tracked client performance being with different rigs. https://robertsspaceindustries.com/telemetry It's not always accurate, but it's decent for general info and to give you an idea of what you'd likely see if you had certain GPU/CPU combinations. Your specific combination shows up here based off of 'general settings'. You can play around with resolution, graphics settings, etc... to see what the average fps would be based on a number of other factors.

Chimaera
3070ti or greater. 2080ti also good. I personally run a 3080ti. I'm sure the 4070 on up would be fine.

Chimaera
Should be good, although is there a reason why you have a micro-ATX board in a mid-ATX case? Might have issues fitting all the stuff onto such a small board. Mind you, we're a fan forum for SC, you can also post in Spectrum on RSI to get additional input from the community. https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC
