Hello!

Quantum Republic was founded to give players a democratic alternative to organizations that are run like monarchies. We are also committed to maintaining a casual environment that does not feel like a corporate office. Why go to work, only to go to work again?

Rules are have fun, and don't take things personally that obviously aren't personal. We are a "do anything" org but we are not a pirate org. We have an org charter that emphasis an elected democracy, where players serve a term, and then bid for reelection. If you are the type of player that wants to climb high and solidify a permanent position then this is not the org for you. We emphasize service to the organization.

Important Points:

1. We vote on all major decisions. You are not a cog in a machine. However, players that try undermine a separation of powers, and elected roles will be asked to leave.

2. No rigid hierarchy. We have elected moderators who have been granted that permission by the community. They are not overlords.

3. We are a multi-regional org. We want at least 20-40 people on each region so no one gets lonely.

4. Lots of ships to fly! We have a big fleet! (Idris, Kraken, you name it we likely have it.).
