WHEN ADVENTURE CALLS

STAY GROUNDED

The latest all-terrain warrior from Tumbril Land Systems takes the off-road tech perfected in the award-winning Cyclone and removes the safety net, creating an unfettered union between rider and road (or lack thereof) in the most responsive, durable, and reliable bike ever conceived.

Whether you ride with a club or you're a lone wolf, a tour master, speed demon, or frontier paladin, you share the renegade spirit of the open road. In a universe where everything is up in the air, the Ranger keeps you grounded.

THE RENEGADE SPIRIT

OF THE OPEN ROAD

The Ranger was designed for pure adventure, with the ethos that through total control comes total freedom. With patented X-TEC off-road technology integrated with next-generation haptic suspension and Reactive Response precision steering and braking, Tumbril has achieved unrivaled coupling of rider to bike and, in turn, bike to land.

THE RENEGADE STYLE

OF MODERN ADVENTURE

The indomitable spirit of freedom and adventure. It runs through your veins, whether you ride with a crew or you're a lone nomad. It stirs deep within you, whether you ride for sport, or professionally. When you ride with Tumbril, you're family. And what better way to show the world you're a true Renegade than with authentic, road-tested gear.

Hmmmm. Would have preferred a competitor to the Ursa Rover. We have enough bikes. (IMO). Plus. You’re limited to the ground. At leave the hover bikes could be used in space.

They do look cool af though.

Agree but I think these will be highly maneuverable vs the hover bikes (and would more likely win a 1v1 fight vs them)

Can I just point out the front steering...

Even Akira can go very fast, but can't steer for shit :).

Again good artist, but shitty designer.

Can't do anything except drive, can't fire, can't fly, can't hover.

$25 gets you an Aurora base with shitty gun (I think shitty missles), fly and cargo space and a bed. logic?

Rule of Cool and not much else.

It's easily the kind of things you can get ingame as well (not that it stopped anyone yet).

I am having a hard time with these bikes (as I did when I promised to myself to play SC with only 1 ship - ;) )

Watching ATV has turned these....... from ........ eh..... don't need one.......... eh........ I have a Dragonfly and Knox Kue.... and even a Nova........  to........ eh....... don't want one.......... to....... mmm....... I bet these are highly maneuverable (per my post above)...... to..... now (after ATV)........ look at how small these are.......... they are going to be hard to hit........ mmm........ It would be cool to ride one to an underground base...... and even drive it inside (probably much easier than with a hover bike)......... to........ diving it around cities....... to having fun.....

.....eh...... wallet is about to come out........ gesh.......

...... here it goes again....... people often accuse me of being an "underground CIG salesperson"...... - lol

.... haven't pulled the trigger yet but have gone from "naw" .... "don't need it"....... to...... mmm........ these are really cool and look at what all the theory-crafting has brought forth for options for game-play and use.....

Anyone have any other ideas for the Tumbril Ranger???????

Yeah and I would agree, get it ingame, don't spend money on it.

ya.... ya..... probably cheep purchase (and commonly available) in game.......... this is probably the biggest let down for this concept sale....... but its also a very cheap LTI token for CCUs

I'm like.. I was not gonna spend any money on this game anymore..
But it's.. a bike. With guns!
Yeah but.. I already have a Nox Kue and a Cyclone...
Yeah but it's a bike.. which is smaller.. it'll fit in the back of some f your ships, I reckon even your DUR.
Yeah... but.. no. No, I'm not spending any more money on this game.
...BUT IT'S SO SHINY!

Ok so.. no. I'm not getting one right now. I feel that this is one of those things I will probably pick up ingame, when the game has more meat on it's bones and is hopefully in a less buggy state.

@Fizzlefuse - watch Law's Video and you'll be more likely to pull the trigger........ heck...... I am even contemplating the 3 pack ;)

Damn LawOfTheWest and his smooth silky voice... now I want one as well. To be honest even though this bike sounds like a pretty good idea, I'm really watching my expenses at the moment since I'm currently unemployed. Not that 33 euros will seriously dent my bankaccount but.. it's still a concept of a makebelieve motorcycle for a game that I've already sunk over 1k in. I'm think I'll at least wait untill they release the Q&A on this.

Makes me wonder though if these variants are all locked into their roles or if add-on parts can be exchanged. Like that cargo-rack on the CV sounds like something you should be able to mount onto the other versions as well and I'm wondering if the CV/RC still have weapon hardpoints that simply don't have weapons mounted stock.

I'm guessing that they're all going to be locked in their roles though with no swappable parts for no logical reason (as usual with CIG). Still, I would have liked a CV that I could mount guns on or buying a cargo-rack for a TR ingame from a Tumbril dealership or something. :)

So I guess I'll just get a CV as my NOX and Cyclone-TR have guns but can't carry cargo. These Rangers also look much smaller than any of the other speederbikes we currently have and it would be pretty cool to carry one around with me inside my Titan. :D

Unsure if CIG will allow this, we don't have a Q&A yet, but I think it would defeat the purpose of them selling 3 variants if you can just swap components inbetween them.

I fear you're right, and it fits CIG's modus operandi to put restrictions on everything for no reason (Valkyrie comes to mind) so I guess I'll just get a CV as both my NOX and Cyclone-TR have guns but can't carry cargo. :)

It would still suck if you can't even add a motorcycle luggage rack to an otherwise identical model though. :P

I have to say, if the Ranger handles as well as the Cyclone.. we're looking at a pretty good vehicle.
I wonder what the ETA would be on this thing, I reckon it's not that much work, compared to other ships/vehicles, since it's so much smaller.
