I have a setup running a GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 2080 XTREME 8G Graphics Card.

Downloaded a fresh install of Star Citizen and jumped into game.  On the highest settings the card is reading 100% utilization at all times.  Is this normal still?  Would have thought it would handle it a little better for the cost.

GPU utilization doesn't mean much except when it's not pegged at 100%, it might point to a bottleneck on a different side of things.

So 100% utilization is good, but not all 100% utilization are equal etiher. Same GPU pegged at 100% will spit out different number of frames each second dependant on CPU etc.

I have as another hobby, Photography. Both of my monitors are IPS. I can calibrate the color using the ColorMunkie Smile which I bought on sale for $80 a few years ago. It's worth the money.
