Did you pick up any new ships during the Anniversary Sale?

I bought the Anvil Arrow and Aopoa San'Tok fighters, as well as CCU's for my LTI token ships. As well as CCU's for several other ships, like a Warlock-to-Sentinel CCU and a Terrapin-to-Mercury CCU.

I acquired a Sabre Raven during the summer, which rendered my Warlock package unnecessary. The 2018 Anniversary Sale was the first time since then that the Sentinel was available to purchase, so I finally got the CCU. The San'Tok isn't flyable yet, but I think I'll prefer it over the Khartu-al. Agility is important in dogfighting, but the Khartu-al just doesn't have the firepower to effectively compete versus medium fighters or larger ships. I think the San'Tok will have the firepower I want, so I can't wait to fly it!

That Arrow was a good buy I think! I snagged it also while on sale and also got Squadron 42 with it for $100 out the door. Really liking the agility of the Arrow so far. I've got the Glaive on my watch list and may jump into one at some point. Not going to lie, I want a ton of ships but I'm going to need a lot of money for that dream. lol

Arrow, San'Tok'Yai, CCU'd my Bucc to a Banu Defender, K upgrade, and melted some stuff to get an Endeavour Master set. I think that's all I did...?

That's a good haul! Nice!

Decided to bunker down this sale as I was downsizing my fleet (one ship for each role, a jack-of-all-trades and a fighter), so I took the opportunity to perform more CCU-fu and convert the remaining ships to LTI, which gets rid of one more headache when the game launches.

Arrow, San'Tok, re-bought a couple Redeemers to replace the Redeemer and Warden I CCU'd to bigger ships (via the $0 Banu Merchantman CCU that saves a $100 that I "bought" a couple years ago before the price change) over the past year.  If I don't do this again for future large ships, I'll keep one Redeemer and CCU the other to the Merchantman.  If I do do it again, then next anniversary I'll restock again (presumably).

One of the Redeemer's I got by buying back a $50 Reliant that's now worth $65, then CCUing that to a Gladiator, and applying the Glad to Super Hornet CCU that used to be free, then CCUing to the Redeemer.  If I use this one to get the Banu Merchantman I'll have paid $220 for a $350 ship :P .

Melted some stuff and upgraded to:

Crucible

Orion

Terrapin

Retaliator Military

Edit: Almost forgot a Hercules M2 also - that was my main goal for the anniversary sale. Really glad I have it - sad that I like things like that more than the military ships most of the time!

Also have a full set of CCU's for the 3 models of Razor. Chances are very high I'll use one later.

That's probably me set until game launch now on top of what I had. Some really nice ships and some that are going to be great for making money.

I downgraded my fleet :

+ Endeavor Master Set

- Carrack

- 890 J

- Orion

- nox ( i'll purchase it in game)

- Argo (I'll purchase it in game)

Now i'll focus on my primary activities:

* Endeavor + Appolo for my medical Job.

* Endeavor and Mercury for the science

* Endeavor and Mercury for the "breaking bad" side of my activities :)

Stilll have :

* My Kraken (fitted with appolo and vulcan) for Org level operations

* Polaris for attack runs

* Hammerhead for Escort duties.

I think I kind of downsized my fleet while paradoxically upsized my fleet.

Get rid off/ccu most of my land-based vehicle and small vessels, but obtained couple Crusader Industry ships and Hull series.

Also utilized some of my original Caterpillar as LTI token which give me a instead $70 saving.

Probably will hit Legatus when I unmelt some of my caps.

I did not buy anything new, but did test fly quite a few ships.  The Arrow is definitely on my must-have list along with a couple of the Hulls.  I may buy it in December, or maybe in-game.  There are a few others I am considering, but am waiting to see if I actually want to get them with real-life money or in-game money.... lol.

I didn't pick anything up during the anniversary sale. I am currently unemployed so spending more money on virtual ships might not be such a good idea.
Also, I have most of the ships i want to start the game with, I'd rather earn the rest ingame. Even if its temporary and limited, the ability to buy ships ingame right now is a welcome sight. I'm looking forward to seeing which ships will be available at ArcCorp.

Repurchased my original pledge for an Aurora that I melted years ago and did a CCU up to a Mustang Beta (for use as a personal transport). Also did a CCU from a Andromeda to an Endeavor with the landing bay and medical pod (better find me some top medics in Imperium ;) )

I was certain I'd spring for the Mercury Starrunner during the sale.  It's my favorite ship and is a nice well rounded addition to my currently combat focused little flotilla.  Unfortunately I got cold feet and ended up not spending any money.  Only one semester away from graduating college and money is too tight to justify such an expense right now 😁

I Missed out on getting a carrack. Oh well, there’s always next year’s anniversary sale.

reddit...

Anyway bought a few Arrows, but then found out that they weren't stealth, but kept them anyway, probably CCU'd

also bought Idris-K and a few other CCUs such as the Redeemer and the San'Tok'Yai.

Still looked like the STY is much larger, compared to the F7C and Hurricane.
