Long story short, everyone except the owner of Imperial News Network left to create their own website / brand called Relay. INN still exists today and is gathering new contributors for himself.

INN's layout was backwards, could have been much better. Looking forward to content by Relay.

I totally agree and may be one reason for the split. I spent some time trolling relay_sc and it looks pretty good so far.

It looks like they have already reformatted and uploaded all of the previous transcripts, so this will more than likely continue an the new site/

They have always done the closed captioning for ATV and RTV.  I have seen that there is CC for them, so I think they have been doing them.

Sorry for the confusion, I'm referring to the fact that if you're on their site while RtV or other live stream is airing the transcript is live as well with bulleted points scrolling in reverse order as they type. It's nice for those who can't watch the video.
