Looking into building a chair for the game and came across this design what do U all think?

So expensive for some tubes and a chair. I particularly didn't like that for the price you pay for it some stuff is still "optional" or in other words: pay even more.......

 

Other than that, if you have money to spare, i'd say go for it it looks nice =)

Looks awesome, and the chair looks comfortable too. Kinda expensive, but I've seen similar setup run for thousands, so $750 isn't too bad. You'd have to factor in the cost of the monitors as well (unless you already have multiple monitors).

 

One thing: Is it me, or does the chair seem too low to the ground? It seems at least 6 inches lower than the normal level of a desk chair or recliner. Is the chair's height adjustible? If not, I wonder if getting in and out of it will be difficult, because certain sports cars have that problem.

I put this Rig together about two years ago...  The chair has two speakers, a subwoofer and vibrates in the seat and back..and is either wired or wireless. I have since given away the second chair and use a tray table beside the Throttle for the keyboard now. I also added the neck roll which helps during extended sessions.. I sometimes fly all day and into the night or the occasional FPS. I expect the same with SC.

 

It has been cleaned up quite a bit since these photos. Many people have many ideas...this worked out well for me.
