Basard
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/anidees-ai-crystal-midi-tower-tempered-glass-black-ca-03a-ad.html I quite like the idea of a highly visable case that shows off my Mobo (Maximus 8 fomular) with RGB aswell as having good air flow from top to bottem aswell having a fan spliter (as I love my fans!) My old case is having trapped heat at the top front which is a slight worry for me atm. Price tag is £130 I knew i'd seen this case in a vid before and look and behold. UPDATE Case bought extra items include https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus-external-slimline-dvd-re-writer-usb-8x-black-2-free-m-disks-included-cyberlink-power2go-8-cd-067-as.html https://www.overclockers.co.uk/phanteks-multicolor-rgb-led-strip-2-metres-ca-007-pt.html RGB lighting will make this case look so dam good! Snakebyte
I recently bought one of these for my son, as he wanted a smaller case to attend Insomnia 58 at the NEC. The 'Gamer' tag means it has a clear screen and it takes a full ATX motherboard. http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/components-and-upgrades/tower-cases/corsair-carbide-series-spec-01-atx-mid-tower-gaming-pc-case-10118426-pdt.html What do you mean by the case 'trapped heat'? Too many people get obsessed with bells and whistles they don't need. Mind you, I'm a minimalist, so I run as few fans/lights/gimmicks on the PC as I can. Basard
basicly I get a little heat build up in the top front area of my case where my CD drive is. Also with my current case installing a push pull CPU water cooler is problematic, as my Mobo clips the fan stopping me from installing the push fans atm. The case im looking at removes this by allowing me to move the radiator towards the front more.
Snakebyte
If you live anywhere near Worcester, I have 2 midi tower cases I don't need and you're welcome to either of them. They don't have a see-through plastic panel, but they are both quality cases. The first is an Antec P100 and the second is an Antec P180.

Thanks for the offer, but I really want to treat myself to a nice case to have the RGB lighting of my Maximus 8 forumlar Mobo with RGB lighting extension cord aswell. Also I live near Bournemouth lol.
Tom Villder
If you don't mind a cube form factor, then I personally recommend the Coolermaster HAF XB, it has a removable mobo tray, handles for easy carrying, excellent cooling, 2 hotswappable HD bays and a plastic top so you can see the interior: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/lan-box/haf-xb/ Otherwise I suggest you look at the Corsair Carbide series, I haven't tried it myself but I've heard a lot of praise for this case: Darius Marx

Squirrel
I have an older HAF XM mid tower case that is awesome. However, it doesn't have much in the way of glass. It makes up for it with fans everywhere ( I obsess with them). At the same time, it is pretty much silent despite all the fans. I'm so happy with it that my next case will undoubtedly be in the HAF (High Air Flow) line.

These guys have reviewed many PC cases and components over the years and they include a handful of open-air/benchmark cases. For instance:
