Not immediately though. When it does happen it will also be for rooms on your ships as well. They will be able to try to decrypt the lock though. Ghost coming: A machine-object state mechanic for rooms so that rooms can be locked down or have blinking lights, etc. 3:50 – Will guests to our hangar hear our music or will they have to download it from somewhere? So far since it's on your hard drive he thinks it would be restricted to shared music. He's going to check to see if it could be synched over the network. Should be trivial to do later. 5:05 – Radiation interfering with readings? Can I fight with the "sun to my back" to blind my enemies? Yes. certain areas will interfere with scanners. Range / penetration / attenuation will be affected. 6:10 – Is MilSpec gear better than civian counterparts? will it be difficult to get or illegal to use without a permit? MilSpec / Civillian will be different, (didn't specify better) Running around with military grade stuff may draw unwanted attention, and will be harder to get. 7:05 – Will waste management be part of the PU? Has CiG though about adding it? Bulk hauling in a Hull C or using the Reclaimer to pick up junk is already in the game. Not necessairly a career. 8:12 – Will larger ships have weapon racks so I can change weapon loadouts on the fly? There will be weapon lockers / armory in the ships so you can change out pistols, etc. People on the ship who are cleared to access the rack can get access to the weapons as well. 9:27 – Can we put sim pods on large ships to play AC on long journeys? On the Bengal, it would make sense to have one or two. Not necessairly on the Constellation, but probably on the 890J, bigger ships etc. 10:13 – Will pets have realistic health and damage models? Will there be vets? They will have a fair amount of damage modeled as realistically but won't wake up with a cybernetic leg. 11:23 – Will there be realistic ballistic curves for different projectiles to go along with different gravititational forces? Projectiles will be based on size, velocity, mass etc. Gravity will affect the curve, and other forces in play such as wind may as well. 14:04 – Will there be a limit to the number of people aboard a ship beyond crew stations, bed, etc? Will life support be used as a balance or will it be a clown car? If you can fit on board you probably will be able to take off, but might not be able to get through a jump point. At least at first they'll let you cram them all in there just to see what happens. Using life support is a great way to manage it should they decide to.
