  1. Hey there guys! I'm having a lot of fun with this game called "Raid: Shadow Legends". Originally it started as a mobile game but it's now also available on PC. It's an awesome little game and can be played completely F2P as they hand out promo codes on a regular basis as well as free "Shards" with which you can summon more Champions to fight for you. Here's my referral link for "Raid: Shadow Legends" if you want to give it a try: https://link.plrm.zone/app/j95gs Get the game through this link and both of us can get some free stuff to boost us along! The also added a couple promo codes just a few days ago that you can enter ingame for a lot of free goodies: RAIDSUMMERGIFT DREAMTEAM At first I didn't think much of the game but when I started playing I found out that there's a lot of things to do and they have constant events and tournaments where even casual players who just log in once of twice a day can get a lot of free stuff to boost their Champions. Currently there are events going on where you can get fragments for Epic Champions that you can fuse together for a free Legendary Champion; the High Elf Lonatharil who appears to be an awesome support character for your team. Also be sure to join a guild (even if it's just a random one) so you can accept weekly guild quest to complete for guild coins which you can use to buy items from the guild store. Arena duels are also very casual as you won't be waiting on players to make choices. The developers just made it so that players just set up their defensive party and then the AI takes it from there; so everything is a smooth experience. So if you want to give it a try, just use this link and I hope you will have a great time in "Raid: Shadow Legends"! By the way, if after the tutorial mission you're having issues deciding which character to choose don't worry as you can get all of them eventually through "Shards". However, it seems that the High Elf Elhain as well as the Dark Elf Kael are the most preferred choices. I chose Elhain and she's a solid nuker who just blasts away enemies with her arrows. Similar with Kael but he's a spellcaster who also has a lot of AoE attacks with poison and can deal a lot of damage. Athel and Galek seem to be the least favorite choices but they still hold their own and have very decent abilites. So just choose the one you like the look of and just have fun!
  2. Hi Everyone! I figured out a way to get both a Gladius (w 6 MI) and a Dragonfly with only a small investment of $25. You also get a few other cool rewards along the way. I tested it out myself and it worked like a charm. So how? By using the Referral program AND the 2017 Referral Contest concurrently- between now and Aug 8th it is possible to reap the rewards of both. After this contest is up then it is still worth it just for the Gladius imo, since it is a $125 ship atm. Exactly how? That is up to you. The goal is to earn 10 Referral Points (RP) linked to your account. I used Bing Ads, set up an account with the online chat. Refused to put any money on it until AFTER I got the $100 coupon for new accounts (had to wait like 2 days for that), then I prepaid $25. My ad on Bing has run 17 days now, and I have 58 prospects and 14 recruits. I have spent $90 of my total $125 ad money so I am hopeful that I will get to Lt in the referral program (25 RP) before that amount dwindles to zero and I let it go idle. If someone is interested in doing the same I think it is a good bet and I would not mind helping you out in setting up the account and the ad. From experience I think using Google ads is not worth it (they charge too much per click and per impression while Bing only charges per click), however Google and Bing are running similar ad coupons for new accounts. What exactly can you get doing this now? You can check the status of the referral program and your referral code by going to YOUR RSI ACCOUNT and clicking REFERRAL PROGRAM (the Referral Contest link is embedded on the REFERRAL PROGRAM page) Below is the list from the RSI Referral Program webpage and below that is the list of rewards from the 2017 Referral Contest. Referral Rewards 2017 Referral Contest Rewards So if you like hangar flair and a Gladius short range patrol fighter/Dragonfly ship set then I think this is about the best deal out there right now- plus you promote Star Citizen which shouldn't hurt either :-) You can check the status of the referral program and find your referral code by going to your MY RSI > MY ACCOUNT > REFERRAL PROGRAM (the Referral Contest link is embedded in the RANKING LADDER page) Wish all you fellow Imperials (Imperiumals? haha) [orgmates in Imperium!] the best! -Uthrac This Post has been improved and edited by the Switchmeister (thx Switch! lol) VERY IMPORTANT EDIT as of 2017-07-06 I just discovered that one must ACTIVELY ENROLL in the 2017 Referral Contest. From your My RSI > My Account > Referral Program > Ranking Ladder > 2017 Referral Contest page you must then select "Enter Contest" and agree to the terms! This was poorly thought out by RSI to say the least, as most people I know also failed to find this and, like myself, assumed that the Referral Program is automatic, so the Referral contest would also be automatic. I have submitted a customer service request on this issue and am hoping CIG will have the decency to automate enrollment. Until then it would be wise to go to the page and Enter the Contest ASAP.
  3. So CIG marketing noticed how underdeveloped their referral program was... But ...there's 7000 other corporations vying to get you on their bullshit bandwagon. I just can't decide which one to pick! Sooo much bullshit to choose from. Creamy bullshit, brittle bullshit, really wet bullshit. And of course, there's cat shit: If CIG is planning to roll farmville, bejewelled, angry birds and bad copies of every Walt Disney toon into Star Citizen, please, let me out...
  4. If someone creates an account with my referral, it says they have to buy a $40 packaged for me to get the credit. Can anyone confirm if it is $40 package or $40 spent. I want to gift my son a package and have him upgrade it, but don't know if this will give me the referral credit. If it does, it will double my number of referrals! LOL
  5. Hey guys, I noticed that a lot of us here on SCB use g2a.com when looking for cheap steam games. I recently realized that g2a has a system called Goldmine, where friends can link each others' accounts and earn a percentage of what they each spend on games. If you are interested, check out the links listed below. I figured, if we are all using the site, we might as well save some more money doing so. Another cool fact is that even if the people who click your link don't register on the site, any purchases they make as a guest will count towards your rewards. Here is my link: https://www.g2a.com/r/jon1812 To start using Goldmine on your own account, follow this link: https://www.g2a.com/goldmine I know a couple people have expressed interest and I think if we could get a bunch of people linked together we could get some pretty nice savings.
