Who are we? Originally created at the release of Planetside back in 2003, BRTD is one of the most successful and active communities throughout the games history. Our focus is to create a fun, casual, and rewarding environment for all our members while ensuring we have the ability to knuckle down and get serious when necessary. These ideals have given way for our mantra; "Have fun and get shit done". We are now expanding our community into the Star Citizen universe looking for like minded players to join us. Structure - Two Organisations, Working Together Due to the diversity of careers Star Citizen will provide, we have opted to create two separate organisations. These orgs will focus on different aspects of the game while also being able to support each other. We want to give our members the option to be fluid with how they play, these two orgs will allow us to cover a large majority of available careers in an organised fashion. Jumping between the two at any time is permitted. - Better Red Than Dead Private Military Company - Planetary & Space Based Military Operations Anti-Piracy/Vanduul Militia Trade & Logistics Industry BRTD will be our main branch carrying on our militaristic history from Planetside. Primarily acting as both a Private Military Company and anti-Vanduul/anti-piracy Militia during non-contracted periods. It will also have secondary ties to conducting trade and establishing logistical and industrial networks.All fighter pilots, tank commanders, riflemen, drop ship gunners, cargo loaders, asteroid miners, and long-distance space truckers are welcome to join BRTD! The Four Aces Outfit is a multi-gaming group recruiting players demonstrating mutual respect, team skill and the ability to have fun. Members play under the banner tag [4ACE] and take pride in the philosophy of success through equal parts fun and competitive gaming. The outfit focuses on utilizing military tactics and movement techniques with real-time adaptive leadership to overcome obstacles. Our official outfit motto is “Communicate. Participate. Advance.” The training motto is “Organization. Discipline. Efficiency of Force.” and the recruiting motto is “Teamplay and No Douchebaggery.” The Four Aces Outfit is a great option because it is not a hardcore gaming outfit with mandatory trainings and events. Realistic guidelines are maintained providing members access to organized teamwork without stressing real life priorities. Enjoyable gameplay is a priority however, quality is not sacrificed as strategy and cohesion are always incorporated into each operation. The recruiting motto listed above sounds simple, but the rampant amount of online trolls proves otherwise. More recently, Four Aces has gone through a re-structuring to become a 501c3 non-profit organization that conducts fundraisers and collects donations to be distributed towards other non-profit organizations. Four aces also has an environment which we describe as safe and anti-cyber-bullying. This structure facillitates the development of professional skills (managerial and leadership) in adults and young adults. I was wondering, with so many things to do in the verse, there's a lot of different outfits for specific roles in game. So i now we'll have different outfits depending on our job path in the verse, i was just wondering if we'll be able to have things that differenciate ourselfs from other players or npc's- For exemple: u r parte of a military unit of some sort and have their outfit, to be able to distinguish between an officer and a sargent will there be any clothing difference like badges or something?

BRIEF OVERVIEW & HISTORY Toxin is an organized, active and mature Multi-Game Clan, based mainly in North America with a minority of Europeans. Toxin was officially formed during the fall of 2006 when a group of online gamers whose talents and ambition encouraged them to collaborate in creating a successful online community. Since then, Toxin has evolved into a full, online gaming outfit. Experience in the management and coordination of massive online tournaments, as well as online clan battles, has provided our leaders with the knowledge and ability to cope with the challenges of running an effective and structured Clan. Many of our members have had extended experience in playing Battlefield 2, involved a massive 30 vs. 30, 10 hours battles, twice a week, in a very military, organized and strategic manner. Of course it isn't all serious! The point of any game is to have fun, and that is our end goal. We like to joke and mess around, but when it comes time to get down and dirty we take care of business.. We consist of adults between the ages of 18-50, a certain level of maturity is required. OUR GOALS To be honest, nothing is set in stone since the Alpha isn’t even out and the game is entirely in its infancy. However, several members of Toxin Gamers have already made the initial pledge to get into the Alpha/Beta of Star Citizen prior to the November 26th deadline. Our interest varies from hired mercs, trading, gas mining, military and of course exploration and dog fighting. At least one Toxin Member has purchased a Constellation and a Retaliator and we look forward to the fun of having them fully ran by Toxin members as opposed to NPC AI.
