  4. Navistar Initiative is a fairly new org but with highly experienced leadership. We have all been part of other orgs and wanted to do something a little different while keeping the knowledge and skills we gained over the years. We have various departments that cover every aspect of gameplay in Star Citizen, so there is a role for everyone.   6. Hello, please find hereunder a small topic to synthethise the informations available on the Service beacons - Combat Assistance missions. Those missions can be found in the general tab, under the "service beacons" category. Those missions have a respawn rate similar to the one of bounty hunters, but they seems to be available near any space station and planet (bounty hunter missions can only be found around Hurston and Crusader). There are 4 levels of difficulty known as of now : Combat Assistance - LOW THREAT (4000 - 9000 aUEC Reward) (Complete 8 time this mission to get higher tier available) Combat Assistance - MODERATE THREAT (15000 - 25000 aUEC Reward) (Complete 2 time this mission to get higher tier available) Combat Assistance - HIGH THREAT (45000 - 95000 aUEC Reward) Combat Assistance - CRITICAL THREAT (333 000 aUEC Reward) The huge difference is due to the type of ship that can very in the same level of difficulty : a High threat level can either confront you to 2 Valkyrie and 1 Constellation, or 2 Valkyrie and 1 Hammerhead ... 4 things to know : You can have only 1 such mission accepted at a time, accepting a seconde mission will withdraw the first one You have a 5mn timer to go on site, past that timer the mission will be withdrew You may have neutral individual joining the fight on your sight, so be carefull. At the Critical level of difficulty you face an Idriss with an active railgun : you need to take the agro of the Idriss to avoid a railgun shot on your VIP to protect (its a static Hammerhead)

Imperium Xenothreat Weekend Operations Where: MIC-L1, vicinity of Microtech When: 2300-0100 UTC (1800-2000 EST) Friday evening & 1500-2300 UTC (1000-1800 EST) Saturday Instructions: Below are the two phases of the Xenothreat event, of which the first requires the most effort. When taking part in the event, listen to the instructions of the present Imperium and Military Staff, and they'll ensure we have a quick first phase and enjoyable second phase. Be sure to have a blast! Phase 1 (Cargo Phase) Participants will be separated into two teams: a fighter escort of at least 4 ships to secure the space around wrecks; and the cargo teams, transported in a cargo ship (no larger than a valkyrie) and comprised of 4 members. Other participants are encouraged to either fight Xenothreat forces around the wreck sites or engage Xenothreat forces when Jericho station is under attack. All participants should have MIC-L1 set as their primary spawn via the medical hub inside the station. Fighter Escort: 2 Escort ships assigned per cargo ship when loading/returning to Jericho Station Clear enemy AI fighters around a selected starfarer wreck, prioritize security of wreck over destruction of AI waves after loading begins. Pilots are our only eyes in the sky to warn of approaching players. Ward off other players that want to load from the same wreck, utilize server chat if needed. Keep cargo teams informed. Cargo Team(s): All members will need the following equipment, which can be obtained at MIC-L1: Medgun, 2x Hemazol, Tractor Beam, Primary/Secondary Weapons Teams will be comprised of 1 pilot and 3 loaders. The owner of the cargo ship should NOT be piloting in the event of enemy players attempting to board the cargo ship/steal boxes/self-destruct. In the event of hostile player boarding, deadly force is authorized. Cargo team member that gains the crimestat will wait in the starfarer wreck until they can be ferried to a Microtech bunker for crimestat clearing. 1 player will remain on the cargo ship to sort boxes, the other 3 will clear the starfarer, prioritizing the revival of any downed team members. Once, clear, the 3 members will begin pulling the YELLOW and BLUE crates from their containers and stacking near the cargo door. GREEN crates will only be removed/loaded when the other two have been fully loaded into the cargo ship. (See reference image below) Once all crates are loaded from one wreck, all team members will board the cargo ship and fly directly without quantum travelling to Jericho station. Upon successfully selling the crates, return and repeat on a new starfarer wreck. Phase 2 (Attack Phase) All Participants Upon completion of Phase 1, all players should return to MIC-L1 and switch to combat-ready ships to engage with the Xenothreat forces, if they have not already. Have fun, and kill everything!

Our aim is to : 1) Make a decent profit (even if it should not be ludicrous given the wide sharing we will have to make) 2) Use this event as a Public Relation event 3) Work on our in game communication and organization in a complex environment Roles and organization : Air security : - Mac - Morse - Kurokoro - - - Ground security: - Dr Zli - - - Logistic: - Jeider - - - Air Traffic Controler : head of the event He manages the number of aircraft, their status (allies, ennemies, neutral). He manages the rotation of transport ships in and out of the area. He coordinates with air security team to ensure the status of the airspace. He calls for the closure of airspace to cargo operations if a major battle start. Air security responsible : He manages the group of fighters above jumptown He identify any incoming ship and report their status to Air Traffic Controller He direct the armed response against ennemy ships He call for reinforcement if required He can be requested to dispatch fighter(s) as recon in anti-sniper research Load Master : He manages the logistic team (including cargo pilots) He manages extraction of ressource and preparation of loads He affects loads to cargo ships He manages loading in various ships A standardized cargo load will be defined during briefing Groud security responsible : He manages the gendarme team (translate in men of arm) He manages the presence of neutral people inside the building He act as the diplomat making address to server population He guarantee safety of logistic team He manages response to sniper outside the building Basic vision : 1 Air Traffic Controller 1 Air security responsible + 3 fighters 1 Load master + 2 logistic guys 1 Ground security responsible + 3 gendarmes So 12 people are requested for a smooth event 4 events are foreseen : 1) Sharing with neutral people : As we are a member of PACT we are not entitled to close an area to civilian people ("don't be a dick" rule) So we have to allow civilian to take their share of the event's profit The goal will be for the ground security responsible to see on the chat who is incomming The Load master will have to supply a standardized cargo load corresponding to X minutes of production to civilian guy The production will be shared by time slot, for example we can keep half of the production time slot for us, or a third (it will be defined during the briefing : as a rules of thumb 0,5 minute gave 14KaUEC so 4 minutes give 112K aUEC). This will be the most communication intensive labour of the event Any people trying to poach the cargo load will be considered hostile and druged to passing out by our gendarmes 2) Sniper activity In case of ennemy sniper activity : - 1 or 2 fighters will be dispatched in a search and destroy operation - Gendarmes will use optics of Nova tank or Ursa APC to identify position - Cargo ship will be authorized to stay stationnary at 30m of the airlock of the building and loading will be processed using gravity gun - Ursa APC or bigger ship may be used as mobile wall to break sniper's line of sight 3) Major air battle In case of major ennemy activity : - All coms will be cleared for Air activity - All logistic members will be reafected to air defense (using spare gladius or multi crew turret ship such as hurricane) - The load master will continue to prepare the loads to make production flow uninterupted - Ground security will secure the building from the inside to prevent infiltration 4) Building infiltration In case of infiltration : a breaking in operation will be launched with both ground security and logistic team. Use of grenade launcher is advised to wipe out ennemy presence inside the building ROLE CALL : 🔺️= Air security 🔶️= Ground security 🔴= Logistic Once we have a better understanding of what everyone is willing to do, we will provide teams setup. Keep in mind that this event is focused on securing the compound, so we need the majority of people in security teams. If you don't feel confident, training will be provided on site will waiting for the ennemy. IMPERIUM MILITARY OP -------------------------------------- Date : Saturday 22nd 2022 Time : starting at 15h UTC (be there on time please) Rally point : ARC-L1 Organizers : @Morse & @macgivre Unfolding : - Preparing the assets (14h to 15h UTC) - Briefing (15h to 15h15) - FPS scenario (start at 15h20 UTC) - Debrief / feedback or maybe a 2nd run if people are interested Equipment needed : You need nothing ! Armor and weapons will be provided for the event. The classic rifleman role will consist of a P4-AR rifle with a Behring x4 optic. Specialist roles will be in limited number and they will have different weapons loadout (anti-tank, marksman, machine gunner). What is this event about : The goal is to try a PvP ground OP scenario where each side will have their own briefing and an objective to complete in multiple steps. You may think of it like the "Rush" game mode in Battlefield. For those who don't know what this gamemode is, it is basically an "attack/defend" scenario. There are multiples objectives and the attacking team must complete an objective before moving on to the next one. Victory is achieved either when all attackers are dead or if attackers managed to complete all objectives. However, depending on the number of players interested, the scenario's complexity and assets involved may change. The bare-bone scenario is to have the UEE marines engage a Ninetails underground bunker. It will be the main target with NPCs inside and some Ninetails players outside to help defend it. The mission will at least be focusing on those aspects : - mechanized infantry battle (mechanized =! armored, so no Nova tonks) - infantry medium-range engagement - infantry Close Quarter Battle (CQB) - EVA boarding and hacking of a comm array - medical gameplay in a combat environment - communication between squads Potential aspects of the mission if we are a lot of players : - Close Air Support / Dropship / Gunship - Air superiority fighter - Ship boarding in EVA In order to prepare the briefings, gather the loot and prepare the objectives, we need to have an estimation of the number of participants and what they would like to do.   11. Hello Citizens! I just wanted to touch base with you all regarding our plans for future events here at Imperium and SCB. The wait for 3.15 going LIVE has been long and painful. With a full persistence wipe coming in 3.15 (including a reset off our in-games earned aUEC), we have been hesitant to host events that have money-making as a primary goal. Any aUEC we make in 3.14 will be lost with the wipe. Rest assured that when 3.15 does go LIVE, we plan to jump right back into regular events so we can all top-up our in-game wallets! Another topic I wanted to bring up is the implementation of more in-depth medical gameplay. Up until now, our medical gameplay has been limited to 3 ships with medical beds and medpens/oxypens. With 3.15, many medical gameplay changes will come into play, such as hand-held medical gadgets that can heal yourself and others, various medical drugs with different uses and effects, blood drug level (BDL), the implementation of full-blown hospitals, and the change to the cutless red med bed (unable to set your respawn to it anymore). These changes will have a HUGE effect on how we play the game! While it will be necessary for everyone to become familiar with the basics of these new medical systems, I will be putting more emphasis on medical support for future ops. Hopefully we have some members willing to take on the role of doctor or paramedic to keep us all functioning at our best! Additionally, 3.15 will bring the implementation of the new personal inventory system. Gone are the days where you can "magically" re-equip your medpens, armor, clothes and guns from an infinite inventory when you are out travelling the 'verse. If you want to equip something, you better take it with you! Most ships in 3.15 will have the ability to store items to take on your journeys. Just make sure to load-up before leaving the station! When hosting ops, we will do our best to bring some extra armor suits, medpens, guns and ammo. However, it will be strongly advised to get used to this new system! Finally, we would like to get back to hosting regular racing events. Our previous race days have been amongst the most entertaining and exciting events! If there's anybody in our community that would be interested in championing race days, I would encourage you to reach out to me!   12. Greetings Imperium, I've been on the Star Citizen roles since Feb, 2014 and have been active in the game since that time. I’m an experienced Star Citizen pilot. I have pledged at the High Admiral level, am a subscriber, and have access to concierge (Chairman’s Club). I have a modest fleet of 10 ships, including a Hammerhead and a Carrack. I've been in a number of organizations up till now, but, for one reason or another, they have fallen short of my expectations. I'm looking for a permanent home and I've taken a good hard look at a number of organizations. Imperium stands out. I'm very impressed with your presentation, standards and goals. I am a contributor with a background in online leadership as well as being a veteran of the U.S. Navy. I look forward to becoming part of the Imperium family.   14. How's it going everyone, my name is Dave, but I go by Capt. Decker on SC. I'm 30 years old, a prior Marine, and I've been a backer since 2016, but I'm currently opting out of playing Star Citizen until we get a few more supporting features in. I appreciate the opportunity to join this great organization! I am also 5% over Grand Admiral for anyone remotely curious. My fleet primarily consists of dedicated support ships, sprinkled with a bit of stealth combat. I'm really hoping to link up with a Javelin or Kraken owner to coordinate fleet operations and be apart of a crew of military-minded entrepreneurs!

Our Goal is to establish an HQ on an Asteroid and Grow a fleet of the Brigade We are doing freelancing of every thing be it Security, Infiltration or even Cargo transfer as long the price is right we will do it. THE UNISS NEEDS YOU! the UNISS is currently recruiting to expand its fleet, as a member of the UNISS, it is your goal to protect and preserver humanity as we bring law and order to the ever expanding space frontier. we are a serious RP group that wants everyone to have fun in star citizen, we are based of most western navel and marine forces in todays conflicts, with similar tactics on the ground and also in ship to ship combat. UNISS Divisions: the UNISS has 3 divisions within its fleet, these consist of the NAVY, MARINES and SUPPORT & LOGISTICS: NAVY: the NAVY is a major part in the UNISS as they will be flying the UNISS fighters in dogfights in both space and planet atmospheres, they will also be piloting marine dropships to different combat zones in major conflicts, they will also be in charge or flying UNISS cruisers and capital ships that will house personnel and ships on board. the NAVY will also experience a lot of combat and security out of ships, as they may need to secure or wipe out hostiles in space stations or pirate cruisers. MARINES: the MARINES are the back bone of the UNISS its there jobs to secure zones on planet surfaces from pirates, terrorists and corrupted military forces. the MARINES will have many vehicle assets such as recon rovers to troop carriers {APC} to main battle tanks, the will also be equipped with the latest MARINE battle armour and weapon loadouts. the Marines will work very closely with the NAVY as they are needed for troop transport, and evac runs, where at the same time the MARINES will hold great defence for the NAVY when needed. SUPPORT & LOGISTICS: SUPPORT ROLES: MEDIC: as a medic on the UNISS it is your job to look after all personnel in the UNISS fleet, this could be when you are on board a UNISS cruiser, dropship or even during a combat situation alongside the NAVY or MARINES, as a medic you will be given a combat and non combat medical uniform, aswell as a weapon loadout, as a medic you must always carry a large amount of medi-pens and Oxi-pens, as these are used to heal or give life support to people, {features yet to come } soon added features will be added to the medical system, including the ability to heal downed and injured people, aswell as carry them away from combat and treat them on medical ships. ENGINEER: as a engineer in the UNISS it is your role to repair and keep all ships and land vehicles up to date and fully repaired and fuelled, engineers will also be required to fight on the field again for vehicle repairs but also for hacking systems at rebel bases or corrupted military control points. as a engineer you will be given both a combat and non combat uniform aswell as a weapon loadout. I am very interested in the capabilities that the ship provides and i want to be able to use it in the Logistics field. I was looking at either being hired to transport military vehicles, weapons and cargo. Depending on the prices of loads, escorts may be in involved with a % of the sales paid to the escorts or the escort company. Any advice on this?

Ive got my issued Canadian Forces Cadpat Vest, like new condition. No tears, rips, stains, or fading. Still smells new. Can have a cat rubbed on it vigorously if requested. LARGE size (Chest 38inch+). This is not a replica, and a rare piece of genuine gear. If any of you are military collectors, or airsoft enthusiasts...then this will probably be a great addition to your collection as it is not some crap repro. I can ship internationally as I am located in Canada, looking for $150 USD for the vest. I also have a Cadpat backpack with a sternum harness, that is big enough for about 2-3 days and includes a hydration compartment for a 3L bladder. We are building a new Republic separate and independent from the UEE, Xi'an, Banu etc. To do this we need all types of players: from miners to soldiers. We have six divisions to help us achieve this: - Science and Exploration - Trade and Transport - Naval and Military - Diplomatic and Political - Medical - Affairs Each is led by two people, generally a Director and Deputy Director. They are members of The Admiralty, our Council. We conduct large operations which include most of, or all, of these departments. For example, if we want to find and inhabit a planet, we will: 1. Send out a team from the Science and Exploration division to find candidate planets. 2. Once viable candidate has been located, we will send our Endeavour to the planet. 3. Dispatch Military platoons to secure the site (with support from Medics). 4. After exploration and research gathering is complete, colonisation will begin.   24. I was just wondering, i suppose mostly to the more senior players or people who closely follow the development of SC; What kind of military exploration would we do? If any. I ask because i'm pretty torn between the Hornet Tracker and the Freelancer DUR and I am just not sure which to pick. But I do want to be in the military so I would like to know which is more useful for our purposes.

Our structure is as follows: #1: Leader #2: Co-Leader #3: Profession Leader #4: Profession Member #5: Profession Fill-in #6: Independent With this structure, we allow as many profession leaders as possible to manage their own squadron. Should you want to be focused on mining you can star off as a Mining Member and eventually become a leader of your own crew. This goes for all types of professions. As for capital ship owners, maintaining a capital sized ship will be a profession on its own. An example of a #3 could be a Polaris captain with their own #4's as Polaris Crew Members. Should anyone not want to focus their attention towards a specific profession, they can always do what they like. If someone knows that they wan't to always do their own thing, they can remain as "Independent" and progress on their own liking but still under the umbrella of the org. With that being said, Self Made would like for all of you to consider applying and earning your own way among like minded individuals.
