  1. Hello, Star Citizens. I wish you the best in all of your endeavors! Long Live Virtual Reality! By the way, I'm working on a home motion simulator that can spin with an unlimited range of motion about roll, pitch and yaw. Perfect for space flight simulators. I'm planning to launch a crowdfunding campaign, in the near future, on kickstarter, the very crowdfunding platform which helped Star Citizen come to life. Wouldn't it be awesome if we all could have a motion simulation platform at home to play Star Citizen? Just imagine! A motion simulator platform that spi
  2. Four years ago the great Chris Roberts helped promote the Kickstarter campaign for Everspace 1 which ultimately helped in funding, but was also a beautiful moment seeing the community come together to help push out another space game. And gotta say as a result it has let me experience one of my personal favourite space rogue-likes of all time along with FTL. Now four years later and we have a direct sequel but this time with a bigger focus on adding more depth to the story and changing the gameplay from a rogue-like to an open-world. The Kickstarter is out and has reached 60% with 12 days
  3. This is another game that has a very good looking so far. it has only needs 9k more and I would like to see this fully. It's got This War of Mine sort of feel, but then the game advances more parts. Just look at the page and if you want play the demo too. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/studioblackflag/orphan-age/description I wouldn't say anything about kickstarter games unless they actually were great, and if it was needed.

Feedback Wanted Fly in SC with our mouse

Hello, I come back to you following my thread that I did six month ago, and I have a lot of news! To sump up quickly, I’m in the company that has created the Lexip mouse, a mouse with two integrated joysticks for 3D profesionals. After my last thread, I talked with my team and the project of created a gaming mouse started. We have improved our first mouse thanks to our beta testing team who allowed us to create the perfect gaming mouse: 200 to 8200 DPI, braided cables, programmable buttons… Today, in order to bring this project to a successful conclusion, we launch our Kick
  5. Recently saw this pop up on Kickstarter and it looks pretty incredible for the size factor. Definitely a case for someone who wants to pack a punch in a small package. Completely modular, too! I think I may throw some money at this. Even though it won't be the final case for the SC rig, it will still look nice and have the form factor for a media or small home server PC.
  6. So I was looking through youtube at random games and this one flopped onto my screen. At first I didn't think much of it because there have been a lot of these kinds of games, but then I saw the visual fidelity and did a bit deeper digging on it. It actually looks pretty damn good, but it's not getting a huge buzz. Feel free to check it out, if it seems interesting, help the devs get it going with a few Euros. Oh, and it's already been Greenlit on Steam, so it's most likely going to come to Early Access fairly soon.
  7. Game looks great fun and seems to play a bit like Zelda but for PC, Mac & Linux followed by consoles (PS4, Xbone & Switch). "Pine is an action adventure game in which an intricate game ecology adapts to your actions, inactions and choices." Kickstarter Page: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/twirlbound/pine-an-action-adventure-game-that-adapts-to-you
  8. Greetings everyone. A game that I've been keeping an eye on for a while has just entered Kickstarter and I figured I'd share it with you all. Seeing how some of us here were quite excited to play Ark, etc. it isn't a too far stretch. Saurian is an Open-World Survival Game with a high focus on being scientifically accurate and up to date. They just started their Kickstarter today and if everything works out well, everyone should be able to play January 2017. The game is based around dinosaurs. Other than Ark and similar games however, it is set in a true location and recreates the Flo

  10. Hello Guys, Don't know if you heard of it, but Smedley reappeared with his new Studio - Pixelmage Games LLC - and he his launching a Kickstarter for his game : Hero's Song. You can find the page here : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/herossong/heros-song I do like the game mechanisms they'd like to implement, but the best for you is just to make your own idea about it. I personally backed it for 25$ as It allows me to get 2 game copies, so one to share with a friend ! Veldrane
  11. This is close to what I've been wanting for years! I don't know if it can even be used in games but it's awesome! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/asdffilms/gest-work-with-your-hands?ref=category
  12. Those of you who have played the Original Void Destroyer will understand why I am so excited for the sequel. Void Destroyer, which was a sort of an homage to Homeworld 1 & 2, had some extremely engaging and challenging missions. Taking control of individual ships in your fleet seems like a gimmick, but it often needed to reduce casualties and outflank enemies. Void Destroyer 2 takes a bit of a different approach. Instead of being satisfied with producing another "Homeworld, but different" sequel, he has added an entirely new spin to gameplay. Instead of just being a military commander lead
  13. Decent Underground: Kickstarter - Just Launched <<<- Kickstarter Link Decent Underground << Official Website ====== I ended up being the 202 backer... About this projectDescent’s fast-paced, six-degrees-of-freedom combat made addicts of us all! Descent’s frenetic and pulse-pounding action were light-years ahead of its 1995 release date. Like us, many of you still share war stories of your epic network battles. You remember your heroic shots, your death-defying maneuvers, and matches ending with a narrow escape as the tunnel collapsed behind you. Sadly, as consoles
  14. I felt like leaving that here: Damn, that auto embedding is really messed up. Can't even delete that video (which doesn't seem to be working). Just click on the "K" in the top left corner of the video. YouTube Video:
  15. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/theplanetarysociety/lightsail-a-revolutionary-solar-sailing-spacecraft This is the Kickstarter page for a project called LightSail, a small spacecraft about the size of a loaf of bread powered entirely by solar sails. Cheap and efficient, it hitches a ride into orbit on rockets with much more impressive payloads, but this will be an avenue for university sudent researchers and other small organizations to be able to reach out into the solar system for a nominal fee. With Bill Nye and the rest of the Planetary society behind this movement, they hope to c
  16. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/weiner/the-gentlemans-single-use-monocle Disposable monocles for whenever you need them. Even come wrapped in convenient pouches. Fun for the whole family. 17. Perhaps the most heartwarming Kickstarter project ever. She has been alone all her life, singing and calling for others but no one replies. They can't hear her. Scientists can hear her though. Every year. Now they want to find her. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/lonelywhale/help-us-find-lonely-whale Join Adrian Grenier, Josh Zeman & world renowned scientists to find the elusive '52 Hertz' whale and fight Ocean Noise Pollution.

  19. Hey, so FrankieonPCin1080p released a video today talking about Battlefield Hardline, but during it he mentioned a interesting looking game that has a few days left on Kickstarter. That game is Identity, an MMORPG based on emulating the real world as best as possible. The developers are Asylum Entertainment and they are trying to gather $150,000 CAD to begin working on the game itself. The game is, as most Kickstarter games are, in a concept phase, though the video is not just CGI and artwork, gameplay is shown in a working manner. Also, interestingly they do not plan to fund the game pure
  20. Well as we wait for star citizens dog fight module and the other fun things to come i like to keep updated on other fun projects as well, this week on kickstarter a new project was added called the universim it looks pretty good and i backed it i think its good to remain active in the gaming community so i suggest checking it out and pledge if you like concept, it reminds me of the spore space stage except its a completely unique game with similar qualities, you can check it out here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/crytivogames/the-universim

    Reset

So I've discovered this game called Reset and if the gameplay turns out great it could become a new kickstarter gem. So here's what the game will be: The game is developed by two former Futuremark employees, they seem to know how to make a good looking game More screenshots and videos can be found on their website: http://reset-game.net/ Or on steam Greenlight: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=184221851 Kickstarter will start on October 28 and they'll also release a gameplay trailer on this date. Let's see how it turns out.
  22. Did anybody still remember funny adventure called Neverhood with main character and whole environment made from clay and animated by stop-motion? The original creators are making a sequel, again same style clay animated, how awesome is that! http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1949537745/armikrog?ref=home_spotlight
  23. Ok, so the following is the case. As some of you might know I like to get things from Kickstarter. As it happens, soon they will send out a survey for the things I want from the following project: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wildwestexodus/wild-west-exodus-sci-fi-western-miniatures-game I went for the Wicked pledge and as such I get to pick starter sets from 2 of the four factions. One of them will be Union, but I am undecided on the other one. Part of me wants the Enlightened and part of me want to get Outlaw or even Warrior Nation. To compound the problem I also have a the option o
