With that said, what to expect from the upcoming Game Day the 25th of February will be a little different from previous months. Rather than sticking to one longer scripted Custom Event, we will be hosting multiple smaller events with different game modes and objectives to be completed. The idea behind this is to not only keep the pace and flow of Game Day up but to also better include everyone in the process of Game Day and to foster a Pickup and Play atmosphere that can be spread throughout Imperium. Game Day, February 25th

Hello @Imperium Member It's that time again, where we all gather together with those we love and compete for bragging rights! Now that February is coming to a close it's time to prepare yourselves for our monthly Game Day on the 25th (Saturday 1600 UTC - Sunday 04:00 UTC). This month we've decided to keep things simple but still slightly competitive with a series of smaller game modes and objectives for you all to participate in. This event won't be a hyper-competitive tournament like last month but expect some friendly competition due to the pickup game style. Depending on the levels of competition we have additional prizes may be awarded! We hope to see you all on Game Day and expect to have a great time!
  4. From Reddit (upvote when you get a chance!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzqRi7mEUT0&feature=youtu.be This video is a montage from Imperium's first monthly game night on Saturday, October 22nd. The footage highlights our main event on each game night: a custom-designed scenario mission. Let me give you and idea of what went on: This month, up to eight participants were "hired as mercenaries by a wealthy merchant" and given three dynamic assignments from the merchant: (1) rescue the merchant from pirates holding him for ransom at Yela, (2) wipe out the remainder of the pirate gang at Kareah and recover the merchant's stolen goods, and (3) recover any remaining cargo from the site at which the merchant was attacked and one of his cargo ships was destroyed. They are ultimately betrayed by the merchant: he kills the two mercs onboard his ship just as a number of fighters suddenly appear on radar with the intent to eliminate the escort fighters. Five other members participated in the event as OPFOR. They acted as the pirates in scenes 1 and 2, and as the ambush fighters with a singular goal in scene 3: no survivors! (Yes, it was definitely challenging to get everyone on the same server, but it was a success!) Our next game night is on Saturday, November 19th. The details can be found at https://starcitizenbase.com (Credit for the video goes to @Switch.)
  5. Imperium hosted its monthly game night on Saturday the 22nd, and after the final Custom Scenario event we decided to assault Kareah. We were being egged on by four or five guys who described themselves as being a "scratch group of players from Operation Pitchfork from various orgs." We accepted their challenge and zerged them! Forgive my lackadaisical flying: I'd been flying off and on for the better part of 11 hours as part of the event. We don't know this for certain, but this may have been the largest dogfight in the Crusader module to date. Enjoy the chaos! Imperium members who took part in the assault: @CyberianK @Nazerath @Sir_Belial @Pagan_X2 @Cincinnatus @Donut @Parker @Korren @Furbsta @Vaderhexagon @Bloppo @Deadlife @Space-Moose @XLB @Deonaldi @ImLost Upvote on RSI, too: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/citizen-spotlight/6254-NSFW-16-Imperium-Members-Assault-Kareah-Epic-21-Man-Dogfight
