  1. Hello, Star Citizens. I wish you the best in all of your endeavors! Long Live Virtual Reality! By the way, I'm working on a home motion simulator that can spin with an unlimited range of motion about roll, pitch and yaw. Perfect for space flight simulators. I'm planning to launch a crowdfunding campaign, in the near future, on kickstarter, the very crowdfunding platform which helped Star Citizen come to life. Wouldn't it be awesome if we all could have a motion simulation platform at home to play Star Citizen? Just imagine! A motion simulator platform that spins in rotation_02.mov rotation_02.mov rotation_02.mov all three pitch, roll and yaw axes! Just image how much fun that would be! The idea is to make it as affordable as possible. I'm doing all of this by myself, all while working a full time job at a Japanese Car Factory, so, I need all the help and support I can get from the community in order to make this project a reality. I'd be happy to hear your comments, Thank rotation_02.mov
  2. Four years ago the great Chris Roberts helped promote the Kickstarter campaign for Everspace 1 which ultimately helped in funding, but was also a beautiful moment seeing the community come together to help push out another space game. And gotta say as a result it has let me experience one of my personal favourite space rogue-likes of all time along with FTL. Now four years later and we have a direct sequel but this time with a bigger focus on adding more depth to the story and changing the gameplay from a rogue-like to an open-world. The Kickstarter is out and has reached 60% with 12 days to go. But we need the amazing community to once again come together and help support the development and make it the best it can be. Lets make Chris proud! Even if you can’t pledge, simply spreading the word is more than enough. I hope you all have a great day and may we continue to get more awesome space games!
  3. TL;DR This looks pretty good. I like the whole idea of the "aliens" and how they adapt based on your action. https://www.fig.co/campaigns/phoenix-point It's already reached the minimum goal. However if you feel like it back it / invest in it. It does look already a pretty nice tech demo.
  4. On a YouTube channel with over 12m subscribers.... SC at 4m into video....
  5. ...that we are past the point of having input in the direction that RSI / Star Citizen is going. There I've said it, it's out in the open. Let's just concentrate on giving them feedback on what we like/dislike or how things could be improved but let's move away from thinking we have an impact on the direction the game is going in. All of those votes that they have us do, for the letters from the chairman, mean NOTHING people.....absolutely nothing. Do not get bent out of shape when they release something that they want before something that the 'community' voted on. They should not put them up tbh and the whole stretch goal fiasco needs to be abolished. All the previous crowd funded stuff that we used to live by needs to go and we need to transition into a new mode of operation that will see us through to the PU. That is all. Wu
  6. Did anybody still remember funny adventure called Neverhood with main character and whole environment made from clay and animated by stop-motion? The original creators are making a sequel, again same style clay animated, how awesome is that! http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1949537745/armikrog?ref=home_spotlight
  7. Anyone remember the Homeworld-series? RTS in space? I loved it even though i missed the first part and started with Homeworld: Cataclysm. ATM there's a crowdfunding campaign running to save the Homeworld series, release it for free on Steam and GoG, rework it, so it runs on mobile devices (Android as well as iOS) and get funds for a possible Homeworld 3. If you also love the Homeworld-Series, like RTS in space or are just curious now, give the link below a try: http://www.indiegogo.com/save-homeworld?c=home 8 days left, i'll join within the next minutes.
