On behalf of [IMP] GearKhan (Gear): For a couple of years now an Imperium member and a few other SC players have donated Star Citizen ships for the St.Jude's playlive event, ran by Starjump Guardians, a group of dedicated Star Citizen players and community developers. The Starjump team is the creator of Fleetviewer and Hangar.Link, they both are tools that allow you to visualize and manage your ships/Fleet from Star Citizen. Check out Starjump's fundraising work from the past couple of years here (https://plk.experience.stjude.org/total-raised/) , enter Starjump to see that Entity's total raised for the charity. This year the fundraising raffle for St. Jude's PlayLive event has started and will run through April and May! The Starjump team has received a great collection of ships that they are raffling off for this charity event. You can check out this link for more info https://tilt.fyi/kK1xmieGuM! This link will take you right to the current raffles https://tilt.fyi/TADKmRf6RE . How to enter is easy, be sure to use your RSI Star Citizen account email when entering (it makes getting you the ship and validating easier), then select what you want to enter, donate the amount, and you have 1 entry in that raffle. Yes, you can enter multiple times to increase your odds of winning. End times and drawing for the raffle are stated for each raffle. The full schedule can be found here.

This was done for a charity hosted by Morton Salt (http://www.mortonsalt.com/walkherwalk/) and shot in one take of 4.2 seconds. I don't know where they get their ideas from, but they have some crazy beautiful minds.

Hey! I received an email from Bohemia Interactive earlier, (being a diehard ArmA fan, of course I'd subscribe to the developers) and it turns out, they are using a site named Humble Bundle to give out some of their titles for charity funding. For those whom do not know or have not already guessed what Humble Bundle is, HB is a charity organization that will give money to charity depending on the buyer's preference. Upon purchasing one of their bundles, you will be able to tell the system how much of your money goes to charity, how much of it goes to the game developers, and how much as a optional tip to Humble Bundle to keep their website running. To get down to what everyone REALLY wants to know, is this: You can buy items that are being issued by Humble Bundle depending on your preference. To simplify it, the corporations funding the items on sale will put up two to three categories, as you can see below. If you pay 1$ or more, you will receive the CD keys to the top category. To determine whether or not said items in top category are on Steam... well.. that little Steam icon below each title will tell you if it is redeemable on steam. Pay more than $4.80, and you will get the second category as well as the first (this number will change over time as people buy this bundle more, as you can see, it is the average price people are buying it for). $20 or more, $100 or more, etc. This sale lasts for the week, as 'weekly' kind of states, however Humble is ALSO having a Game Developer sale, selling items that can be used to create your own games. I suggest you pick them both up, as both sales combined, had they not been on sale, would cost roughly $2,350. Plus tax. As it is now, it's only $12 for the Game Dev sale, and.. well, depending on your tier, $5-$20-$100 on Bohemia's. You can check out this.. pretty epic website via the link below. https://www.humblebundle.com/ The weekly sale is here: https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly

Shout out to Movember! We're just over halfway through the hairy season of Movember. If anyone is unaware of what I mean when I say Movember, it's that special time of the year when men get together to raise money for Men's Health by growing some of the worlds worst moustaches. You are given just one month to grow, trim and groom your upper lip fuzz, before you head out into the streets, bars and community centres across the world to pit their efforts against others! I was wondering if any of you lovely people are also taking part in this beautiful event. Let us know how its going! Give us your MoSpace page links! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The UK's Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Philippines Typhoon online appeal gave me pause for thought yesterday. For those who are not already aware, DEC is an umbrella organisation for 14 UK Aid Charities. The site link for anybody who hasn't already done so but wants to step-up and donate can be found below: Germany - http://www.tagesschau.de/spendenkonten/spendenkonten112.html (courtesy of CyberianK) UK - http://www.dec.org.uk/ If there's any other major umbrella organisations that you want to share a link to then let us know Peace
