    This has been a very helpful community for me with my thread below so I am going to say hi to everyone and start gathering information before I even purchase a Star Citizen capable PC. I've been looking at the starter packages and the basic stuff in general and I am not sure what to purchase. In the past I played EVE and enjoy the Battlefield shooters. Currently I am leaning toward the Avenger but it seems the greatest value if you want to play Squadron 42 is to buy the starter which includes Squadron 42. I plan on exploring, fighting, bounty hunting, questing, etc... but have little to no interest in mining. I also see some people claim it is important to have a bed on your ship and vehicles to use in your hanger or on land. Is this true? Maybe then I should purchase the Aurora starter and add a vehicle?
