  1. With Skywind around the corner, figured it was time to finally pick up Skyrim again and get familiar. I decided to start with Skyrim Special Edition, and then go from there. Installed many mods, and it doesn't even feel like Skyrim anymore, which is refreshing. As of this morning, SKSE has been updated to the latest version HERE So to share my experience, here's a list of mods I used and the tools to get them to work if anyone else wants to join in ▄ Installed Nexus Mod Manager (Highly recommend making an account, but not necessary) ▄ Install LOOT. This will easily organize the load order of all your mods and insure they work properly, takes two clicks and tells you any information you need regarding fixes or updates Last but not least, here are the mods I'm using https://imgur.com/a/t41UL Feel free to ask any questions, I had to follow a couple videos just to make sure I knew what I was doing, but with NMM and LOOT, it was incredibly easy to do

Ongoing Discussion Lets see your Rigs!

Lets get an updated thread of everyone's custom Rigs that they will be using and/are already using to play SC. Please attach a hardware list and note any future upgrades you'll be making. Probably try to limit to 2-4 pics per post to limit load time on smaller devices and tag your chipset (AMD or Intel) in the tagline. Cant wait to see what you guys are running! I've already posted this on my profile but I'll start anyway. ------ CASE -- Phanteks Enthoo Evolv PH-ES515E_GS Aluminum/Steel Galaxy Silver Window ATX Mid Tower Computer Case MoBo -- MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING R6 SIEGE LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard CPU -- i7 6700K 4.00 GHz Unlocked Quad Core Skylake RAM -- CORSAIR Vengeance LED 32GB (4 x 8GB) 3000, Cas Lat 15 CPU COOLER -- DeepCool CPU Liquid Cooler CAPTAIN 240 WHITE BOOT DRIVE -- Samsung 960 evo 500GB M.2 GPU -- MSI 1080ti FE PSU -- Corsair RMi Series RM850i MODS CABLES - CableMod custom sleeves LIGHTING- Two 12" Pure White Cold Cathode GPU- modded w/ Corsair H55 and NZXT Kraken g10 MONITOR -- Samsung UHD 4k 28" FANS – Triple Fan Mod for top of case
  3. During the summer, I've pulled myself away from almost all games. Being fully retired, and only 51 years old, I found myself burning way too much time on games, so I took time off and attempted to teach myself a programming language: PYTHON! I figured, rather than totally and completely waste my time, I would try and better myself. So, over the past several months, I've been learning how to code in Python 3. This raises a thought... Will Star Citizen allow us to code 3rd party programs for the game via APIs? I know in EVE Online and Elite Dangerous, there are many utilities for the game relating to the markets and trade. Has anyone heard lately if CIG will allow the same?
  4. Hey guys, been away for a bit but wanted to clue you guys in on what I have been working on I am currently working with the development team from the Sins mod Star Trek Armada 3, on a new project for Stellaris called Star Trek Infinities. We are very very early into development but wanted to share some links with you all https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/wip-star-trek-infinities.929730 http://www.moddb.com/mods/star-trek-infinities If any of you have played the Sin's mod you know the quality work these guys have done.
  5. Hey everyone, wanted to update you on my Star Citizen Themed Case Mod that i have mentioned 2 months ago. Here are some pictures, sorry for the low quality; Here you have the Front and Top grills being painted red and the front IO where the military style switches are going the get added right where the 5.25" bays are. I haven't decided what im going to put in between the 2 hazard lines. Maybe a LED illuminated Star Citizen emblem or a connie. Dont know, feel free to pitch in with ideas. Here we got the PCI Slot covers being painted red as well. And the biggest issue i had with this case was the ugly @ss, holes in the bottom. But i covered it with a metal sheet which i covered with a carbon themed vinyl.
  6. People using this will have a clear advantage in battle... And faster than voice attack....
  7. Hey guys! I'm curious to know if any of you know/play about this game. Its still in ALPHA, but it is kinda fun. I love it for the sandbox, and though I haven't gotten very far in the story mode (to get used to how it all works) there seems to be a lot of fun creative potential. There is an option for a multiplayer, too. Now... you start off as colonials goin to a new planet, but get shipwrecked. The fun is building back up and making a colony, but you have easy tech to make it work well for ya. Not a horribly challenging game... is one of those where the fun is in the exploration, getting resources, and building. Building is the fun part! You can save stuff into ISOs and load em into the game (share em too, I'd bet). I've seen people make Star Destroyers and X-Wings to little cities, custom elaborate swords/firearms, to all kinds of stuff. While maybe not the most epic of games like it, it is beautiful. Probably slower paced than most would like lol. So anyway, just curious is anyone plays this too... and that I'm going to try to see what I can do with Star Citizen ships lol >< Star Destroyer, and the 3D modeling https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GywJe67PI8 Ships https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rMnCUwobnE
  8. This is a great video to inspire the Modding Community for Star Citizen. There is one thing that is mentioned which he misrepresented. He mentioned that the Star Citizen Modding tools have not been mentioned in some time by CIG........ but this should NOT have the modding community concerned. There has been constant mention really (even yesterday by Ben in Star Cast interview)... it is just Modding tools will be released a few months (or even a year or more) after the official launch - and CR mentioned this and mentioned why it needs to be pushed back as a priority relative to everything else (BUT it will happen) Enjoy the Vid - my favorites are the X-2 Manta and the Switch Blade Fighter....... and of course the TNGS Redeemer
  9. Markon Wings spaceship "Hopper" concept study is an example of a player coming up with their own concept ship in Star Citizen. It is an interesting idea really designed for planetary exploration. CR mentioned that they are going to add some SC supported modding tools sometime after launch so ... hopefully this will be a preview of what's to come (Players modding and creating their own ships) - Enjoy
  10. Hello everybody, hopefully this topic will help you get started on your modding adventures. Please post any information you would like to see added in a reply. 11. https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link/spectrum-dispatch/13365-Lore-Builder-Issue-Four-Sataball If you go to this link and in the top section written by Star Citizen's Admins is a mention of my contribution to the great sport of Sataball. That's right citizen's of the Imperium i actually created a comprehensive team roster for Sataball and it looks as though a lot of the teams I suggested will be getting in-game or at least in the Sataball Lore. WOOT WOOT!! (EXCERPT- from actual link) TEAMS DarkRen420 posted a great list of teams. I swapped the names of the divisions and pulled some names from other posts for the teams, but this can at least get the ball rolling: Sataball Professional League (SBPL)Imperial League: (IL) Earth(Sol) Gladiators Croshaw Jumpers Vega Harlequins Stanton Knights Ferron Lancers Centauri Centurions Rhetor Raiders Idris Air Hawks Elysium Elementals Davien Novas Territorial League: (TL) Terra Gryphons Kilian Killers Ellis Racers Magnus Dominators Goss Bucs Nemo Crashers Fora Flames Cathcart Gangsters Kiel Guardians Baker Custlers
  12. So I followed the guide for loading the assets into the cry sandbox. I cant get my ship to show up. Tried saving it and all of that but no avail. I can run down to the beach where I placed the ship but its not there. Then I remember watching a video a few days ago where this guy was flying around the sandbox in the 300i. I started to get super jelly. How did he do this: Any tips would be great. If you can help me get to this point I will give you a shoutout in my next rampup vid. Cheers!
