    PC for SC

So I was thinking of finally getting my butt in gear and building a PC once school is out. I was wondering if anyone here has tips as to what kind of a build would be best suited for playing SC at a decent framerate (60+FPS). My upper limit is ~$1,300. Here are a few builds I put together through Newegg and TigerDirect: Build 1: Performance focus: $1400 Build 2: Price focus: $614 Preferred case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147053 I left out case and fans and the like because I'm just focused on the processing components atm. Also, since I don't plan on overclocking a mid range cpu fan should do the job. My main questions are: Should I indulge and go for the performance build, or save and go with the price build (assuming it can run SC)? Is there anything I can do to either cut the cost of my performance build or up the power of the price build?
