  1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

  2. Just popping in to say that's a fantastic price, someone better jump on it if Danmig doesn't.
  3. A ship/package can only be gifted once. The recipient of the gift has it bound to their account at that point. Hope this helps!
  4. The second image was a lot cleaner/higher quality compared to the first so the lighter colors look slightly off. It is missing the grain and distortion that the first image had. I had a lot of idea/help from "PHADEOUT" on squeezing the most out of my skin. He was very helpful and kind! It is very impressive! That must have taken a very long time, especially if it was a gif and then uploaded to the internet. It would be very trippy to see in the game (in PU) for sure! I really like yours Alex! I'm a bit nervous about doing a second picture, to the point of actually not doing one. The actual contest explicitly states: Bold/Underline applied by me: The last thing I want to do is post two images and have one not be as impressive as the other. They may say they are only looking at the best one of the two but if one is obviously of lesser quality than the previous it would be difficult to not let that color your opinion of the contestant on a whole. I'm probably over thinking it but I work with lawyers all day, so that's just how my brain works.

@Wyvyrias, in celebration of your 3k post count, I will post something I do not ever post. Just for you!
  6. Also, I'm almost 100% positive I'm the only one to put the oxygen sticker behind the seat. It's actually *in* the black/white but only the corner of it. I transposed the ejection strap as well out of this screenshot into my cockpit and the collar on my flightstick is a closer match than the one in the gray scale image would lead you to believe. See the Oxygen Warning Sticker, Ejection Strap, and the Flight Stick Collar: As for the screens, they are the exact screens from the following image, shrunk and sharpened just enough to be clear (You really don't want to know how many times I got in and out of the ship to get just the right angle). Glad you like my ship.
  7. The second one is really solid and I like how you worked on the cockpit, as most people seem to be leaving it black/white. No one ever sees mine since I put it on page 16 after the thread moved by it; but if you look at the cockpit on mine you might be surprised at what you see. I actually rebuilt the full cockpit of the M50, down to the bright green oxygen sticker to the right of the pilot that is only visible as you enter the ship. The ejection strap has also been added in and the screens are the actual screens in-game reworked to fit inside with the console covering the top of them and dropping a shadow since they are inset into the front of the cockpit. Oh and all of the warning stickers are hand touched up, gogo 1 pixel brush, so that they would be completely legible. It was a straight pain and I think I have at least 4-5 hours in the cockpit and the decals on the ship, but it felt really good when I looked it over afterwards. Good luck to everyone who has entered!
  8. Mine is officially up, so I will post it here now. Origin Jumpworks M50 - Blue Steel
  9. Building on my earlier post, pretty sure this will be the eventual home of some more primary pictures: RSI Orion Aegis Dynamics Surveyor MISC Hull-C Drake Herald (Brought up from other post) Mind you this is built on extrapolation from their existing posts but the theory is sound!
  10. Adding to the pictures above (bold applied by myself): https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link/transmission/14065-Galactic-Guide-WillsOp-Systems and...
  11. Alright this is going to get it's own post because it's fairly interesting. So, for what it's worth, I've found so far is the location on the server the Herald will be once they upload it. I figured out their address convention and then dug around in their code until I found the encrypted number/letter key they stick in the address for the Herald. Herald - Large Slide Show Primary Image Yes I'm aware there is nothing but a placeholder there but it's a placeholder not on their actual ship spec page for the Herald. Which means it's liable to be updated prior to it being released since it's not a publicly available link. The Herald's key is: fkgi5rl7cw6o5r So if we look at the url for the M50 images you'll see the url is pretty distinct: https:// robertsspaceindustries. com /media/ xfs6elgejzxz9r / store_slideshow_large /M50_new_comp47.jpg Format: https:// Primary_website. com/media/ encryption key and/or andom component to prevent fuskering/store_slideshow_large(Source also seems to work)/Name_Of_The_ship.jpg So the Heralds full link is: https:// robertsspaceindustries. com/media/ fkgi5rl7cw6o5r/ store_slideshow_large /herald.jpg They use _comp## to designate different views and a series of other specific file naming conventions but if you look around you'll get a hang of it. I'll try to find the other placeholders later, I'm at work right now.
  12. You gave me an idea and I started looking for other links! Anvil Gladiator Aegis Dynamics Retaliator Anvil F7C-M Super Hornet Okay it's lunch time, I'll riddle out the rest in a bit. Edit (I'll be adding them below as I find them): Well this is interesting: Anvil F7A Hornet Well crap, it appears that my monitors are just not tall enough at work because most of these links can be found on the ship spec page now at the bottom of the stats. I'm wondering if I can fusker the images of the unseen ships though...if they are on the web server...that will have to wait until I'm home though.
  13. I seriously cannot wait for the first time I am able to take mine out of the hangar and square off against another ship. Flying the trainer Hornet has taught me a few fantastic tricks and the idea of doing that with the Super Hornet just makes me ecstatic. Of course, I've become an Anvil convert pretty rapidly since I built my full hotas, but I'll soon have the F7C-R and F7C-S and that will leave me with a large number of parts to play with. Toss in my Gladiator and I'm ready for war, just need a solid person to fly shotgun on the Super and the Gladiator.
  14. I registered just to support this. I used to be an absolute Lego nerd, I even had a Lego dwarf keychain, I'm absolutely willing to dive back in to the addiction.
  15. Oh no whatever I would I do @Gallitin! I'd be honored to help out with media related materials and I've been helping since I joined, just without the title.
