Just got my ASUS 3090 installed! Hoping it will improve my framerate from the water cooled 1080 Ti 😊🖖🏽

It's done. Just need to to do some finish cable management, bit of nip and tucking, but for the most part it's done. Win 10 pro up and running on my m.2 Samsung 960evo. The desk I also built to meet the dimensions of both the Enthoo case and the 4k monitor. All the hardware is listed in my about me section for those interested in the nitty gritty. Already played some SC for and hour with all temps under 45c running at 4k.

All the pieces are in. Just got my MSI 1080ti in. Have the kraken g10 mod kit and a corsair h50 for it. Next steps are GPU Vram heatsinks and mounting the g10, some lighting work around the case, polishing up my wiring, and getting Windows on my M.2 Samsung 960evo. Let the Modding begin! Should be up and running by next week. Will post finished glam pics on my "About ME" section shortly. I also plan on doing a build series post with pictures of the Rig during the entire process for those interested.

The wait for the 1080ti continues to mid March 😔. Was hoping to get my rig finished and running by early next month. Ugh.

By then the card itself will be a year old, I would skip this card all together, Duel GTX 1070's is the better option if you are team green. as they are $400 each and beat the Titan XP in 90% of games with SLI support (all tripple A titles) and the 1080TI is rumoured to be $1000 and will have worse performance than the Titan XP.
As you can see the 1070 in SLI is the smart buy this gen for Pascal.

I've run SLI and cross fire rigs in the past and found there are often problems with games not utilizing both cards appropriately. Even though SLI 70s may benchmark better I'd rather, out of preference, stick to single card configs. I'll wait till March then in the TI either sucks per dollar or won't be released I'll grab a top tier Vega.
