  5. @Osclin thanks, you make a good point... However being that the package is on my account, I am assuming I have access to "play" the game from the packaged NPC's perspective... (I am thinking of it operating like Agent Smith in the Matrix assuming control of random people to perform a particular mission... with regard to packages anyway)? If this is true it could allow me to switch between playing the game from one avatar to another - or from my fighter in one cosmic location to my hauler in another. Piece Out VoA... Thanks VoA! Great thoughts... well articulated... Gracias!
  6. Thanks @Codryn I have 2 additional packages... For a total of 3 NPCs (as I understand how the package/npc system will work.. 1 package = 1 avatar/npc) because that is what is necessary to staff my Connie or my Freelancer... But I would like to staff/operate an Orion and set it to mine/refine ore in safe UEE patrolled space while I am out gallivanting around the verse slaying Vanduul and capturing pirates... Piece Out
  7. Between all the ships in single player hands and considering the additional manpower needs of multi-crew ships, one means of addressing the staffing issue presented by multi-crewed ships is buying multiple packages... Another is hiring NPCs in the PU... Which strategy is better and why? What are your thoughts on the topic? How many "ship packages" (NPC's) are people thinking of picking up...? What plans do your have to meet the staffing needs of multi-crewed ships? I am trying to identify the number of packages to pick up. Or whether to just hire NPCs in the PU in order to perform "solo"
