OK I'm very new, (2 or 3 days) I purchased one of those Rucksacks at the Store and it never showed up in my inventory? So then I check my money, it was paid for so I decided to do it again, but this time I went to the Mannequin which was wearing the item Highlighted it and bought it again. Again the money was gone No Rucksack? One person told me I have to wear a sweatshirt to equip it, what the heck am I wearing running around the Station? and still the 2 Rucksacks are not in my inventory.
