@Cincinnatus Just as soon as I can get SC installed again. I haven't been able to get it installed.
  4. Build help

Around the $2000 usd mark. Can't remember exactly. I did most of my shopping on Cyber Monday, so I found some fair deals.

  6. Build help

This is the one I just built. I7-6700k MSI Gaming Z170a XPower Gaming Titanium Edition Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming Corsair h115i Samsung 950 Pro M.2 512gb 32gb (16 x 2) G.Skill TridentZ Series DDR4 3200 Anidees AI Crystal-W (White) I also picked up a Corsair K95 RGB Keyboard and Razer Deathadder Elite mouse to go along with it. Edit: Note, this picture was taken before I had installed any software. But the actual construction was at least finished.
  7. Well, that's the moment he realized he was getting quoted and the clip was going to end up on the forums. :-) Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  8. That would make a perfect avatar
  9. I did, eventually. So even though i got out of the situation only a good bit pissed off, it illustrated to me i should never deal with Tiger Direct any more. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  10. Tiger Direct did that to me once. When the X-65 stick was at the end of it's life. They sold me the stick, and it was out of stock. Even worse, they didn't expect to get any more. They told me to call Saitek, which I did. They told me, that Tiger Direct knew they didn't have any more coming, yet still sold the stick anyway. So...imho, add Tiger Direct to that list.
  11. Hate to hear that man! Hope the little one will get better ASAP.
  12. I don't have it installed at the moment, but I don't imagine that being an overnight download like SC or some other games.
  13. It's an interesting little game for sure. I have it, but I don't really play it that much anymore. Even so, it is a nice little game, and does what it does very well. Also, the music is pretty well amazing, imho.
  14. I'll just say, "Oh god yeah." If you ever manage to get your hands on an old pair of those red and blue 3d glasses (Anaglyph 3d), there are 3d images of SC and certain ships on google images. That is a very low quality taste of what it could be like, but even that little tiny morsel is enough to make me want to play the game in 3d. Be it with one of the current gen vr sets, or something like a StarVR in the future.
  15. Looking good @Fintz, how do you like it? Is the shirt comfortable? Does it fit well?
