LOTS of art and figures and awesome! WARNING: some of the imagery for this game is NSFW. There are many "Pinup" versions of models where are not "game cannon" but are sold for collectors. There really have only been 2 REALLY big kickstarters for me. One is (of course) star citizen. the other is Kingdom Death. This is a miniatures game where you play survivors in a dark world (literally. Only light sources are lanterns carried by characters or strewn about). The game is aimed to be hard. You will likely loose your first few settlements. You WILL loose your beloved characters, but the few that get through will be epic. I'm personally in for more than I'd like to admit, there are others that are in at much higher levels than I. The art is amazing. the models are looking amazing, and the game is looking like it will be out mid next year! The Survivors have a 3x3 grid to store items. ALL items are modeled as hard plastic bits. the enemies are controlled by AI cards which also double as health and are scalable to make harder monsters. The monsters have hit location cards which change how they attack depending on what you damage. The Settlement grows as you bring back enemy parts to expand. Innovations are discovered. New survivors are born. Every so often a monster will happen upon your settlement... My reason for posting this here is Adam Poots (designer) has opened the game up for black friday. It is such a shame that I cannot donate to them all...would really love to see them become something. Anyways, this looks really cool! I always love monster-cardgame themed projects!
